I arrived at Dr Jones office to get my neck checked out. From the start this office has its act together!! The staff is courteous and friendly. I have to say Dr Jones has great bedside manner and was extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this Dr and office to anyone who has an orthopedic problem. I like to give 6 stars!!! Dr. Jones takes his time and explains things so well. HIs communication and follow up are fantastic. He genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is amazing. Gaby works very diligently to get things done quickly and efficiently when it comes to insurance, etc. I recommend highly recommend Dr. Jones and his practice.

He knew exactly how to check my symptoms and diagnosed me quickly after X-rays. I had been misdiagnosed by my primary and oncologist, so it’s a relief to be on the RIGHT path to recovery. He was very personable and easy to talk to.

I've known Dr. Jones for years. He's a knowledgeable and compassionate physician which I highly reccomend. He took his time with me and explained my diagnosis and treatment plan in detail.

On time, very thorough. Dr. Jones gave me straight answers to all my questions regarding my lower back and leg issues. I didn't feel the visit was rushed. He studied and explained my condition in detail and we are going to work on a path towards improvement.

Great attitude, very professional, took the time to talk to me without rushing, this is something I value in these days in which every other Doctor just wants to move patients without getting to know them.

Had a serious sciatica issue and Dr. Jones has come through allowing me to resume normal day to day activity. Without hesitation would be back for any other issue requiring pain management.

I love having Dr. Jones as my doctor for many reasons but here are a few that I would like to display: 1) I do not have to wait all day to see him 2) He treats you as if you were a person and not a number 3) He provides truth and great service. I highly recommend using him as a doctor.

Dr Jones and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with they took me on very short notice. The Dr identified the issue right away and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. Great Job highly recommend.

I came to see Dr. Jones with excruciating pain in my neck which was causing me awful headaches Dr. Jones and his staff were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Jones took his time with me to explain all of my options. After receiving my results from my MRI and different options I could choose Dr. Jones and I decided to go with an epidural/ injection I was so scared but everyone from the OR staff to the staff at the surgery center helped ease all my fears and I am so happy I trusted Dr Jones. He truly is the best! Dr Jones listens to you and treats with such a calming presence that it relieves a patients anxiety.

Dr. Jones and his staff are all very pleasant. Wait time is short and work place is clean. He explains the procedure and is overall a great guy. You will love him.

Went to see Dr. Jones for Coolief procedure after Cleveland Clinic discontinued them. I found Dr. Jones to be through and caring. I was amazed how quickly I was able to get the procedure scheduled and completed. I have no pain in my right knee in just 1 week after procedure. Kudos to Victoria, his assistant, in processing my insurance and scheduling. I’ve recommended Dr. Jones to 3 friends already.

I hurt my back lifting some boxes. I was in extreme pain to say the least. Dr. Franz Jones diagnosed my hip pain as being bursitis. When traditional treatment failed, he offered me literature regarding PRP.. After a great deal of thought, and because of my complete trust in him, I gave Dr. Jones the go-ahead to perform the procedure. He told me that it might take up to six weeks to feel relief. Last September, I was in a car accident resulting in broken bones but the most debilitating injury I had was a herniated, torn & bulging disc in my lower back. I must say, Dr Jones, DO, is the most authentic and genuine doctor! From the start of my treatment he was truly a professional and walked me through all my treatment options. I was apprehensive about having an epidural and he was kind and caring about the concerns I had and truly was a doctor who walked the talk. My epidural was seemless and I felt no discomfort at all. This is only the first step of pain management but know with Dr Jones leading my treatment, I am in excellent hands and proudly recommend him to all that experience any challenges with their back health! I highly recommend Dr. Jones. He has a great demeanor. He explained my diagnosis fully in easy to understand language. He took the time to explain my radiology report using diagrams and photos to show me exactly what the problem is. Dr. Jones took the time to go the extra mile to make sure the diagnosis was accurate. I also want to commend his office staff, especially his scheduler Victoria. She was a tremendous help in navigating the authorization process with my insurer. I had to reschedule my appointment several times while waiting for the authorization to be approved and Victoria was prompt in answering or returning my calls and well as keeping me updated on the status.

Super nice man. Dr. Jones thoroughly explained what he observed with my x-rays. Dr. Jones did not rush the visit, he remained concerned, focused and caring. I will continue to seek out any future medical needs with Dr. Jones.

I got an EMG, which I Googled and saw it involved needles and shocking so I was apprehensive (ok terrified!). Dr. Jones did an amazing job of explaining everything about the 2 part procedure (one involved zapping my arm and hand with a little prod and 2 inserting needles in muscles) kindness, empathy, knowledge and professionalism. In just a few minutes I was able to what was going on with my hand and why. Go see him!! He's a great doctor and, just as important, a great person!!

I really respect the honesty and professionalism Dr. Jones has. From the first evaluation appointment, I got that sense of confidence and gave me peace of mind for the risky treatment I had to receive in order to overcome my illness. Every step of the process, he continued to make sure that I was OK and I am. Thankfully, I can say that everything resulted as expected and my health has been improved. Dr. Jones is a wonderful addition to Sports Medicine Associates of South Florida. He is very easy to speak with, thorough in his diagnosis and treatment, and I only wish I had not tried to “cure” myself before seeking professional help. Even my physicial therapist praised his treatment, and she is not a part of the therapy group associated with Sports Medicine Associates. Most personable and smart, all in one.

Dr. Jones' care has been wonderful. He diagnosed and treated a long term pain that I had where my thighs meet my torso. He is the first doctor to correctly diagnose the problem. That enabled him to select the correct treatment. I am truly grateful beacause I can walk more easily now and without discomfort.

There should be 6 stars reserved for someone like Dr. Jones. He took an uncomfortable test and made it tolerable while being VERY thorough and providing excellent "bedside manner". He's incredibly competent and spent extra time reviewing detailed test results with me to put my mind at ease. Thanks again Dr.!

Dr. Jones is wonderful! When I first saw Dr. Jones, I was in excruciating pain and could hardly walk due to back pain. It was debilitating and I was not able to function! He was understanding, kind, patient, attentive and focused on getting me back to my daily routines. I cannot thank him enough for all that he did to help me get my life back! His office staff was friendly, accommodating and very helpful....I would highly recommend Dr. Jones!
