Nice friendly environment, spot on with communication without being scolded on previous work done from other places, appointment overview and insurance understanding! These guys are great! Can’t wait to go back!

I have been taking my daughter's to Dr. Lackee for several years. I finally had my appointment on St. Patrick's Day. Exam, x-rays, and pictures were taken, cleaning performed, examination by Dr. Lackee, and fluoride applied. Each step was thoroughly explained and carried out by Rachel, the dental hygienist, whose professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. I have a broken neck, and cannot lie back fully in the dental chair, so Rachel provided me with an airline style neck pillow to support my head/neck. Truly a class act, everyone at Dr. Lackee's office is friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about this group. 10/10, DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Every visit that I have with Dr Lackee is always a wonderful experience. Yes, I’m talking about the dentist. Rachel the hygienist is phenomenal. My son had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lackee and his staff! Our adult son is autistic and had his first-ever drilling and filling this week. There were no apprehensions as Dr. Lackee cheerfully explained every step and tool as he proceeded. Anxiety is a significant factor for our son as it is for many kids on the spectrum. In the past we had taken him to a pediatric dentist who employed sedation to apply sealants. However, with time (and numerous therapeutic approaches) he's overcome much of his past anxiety, but he also aged out of the pediatric dentists services. That's when we were referred to Dr. Lackee. Dr. Lackee discovered the first cavities and we were deeply concerned that getting the fillings would be a traumatic experience without general anesthesia. Dr. Lackee understood this and provided a very positive experience for all of us as we had all questions answered with the full knowledge that progress would be determined by the patient. In the end, the general anesthesia was not needed and we had a great experience. If you have any concerns about taking a child on the spectrum to have a dental procedure, then have no worries. Dr. Lackee and his staff are the team for you and your family.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Franklin C. Lackee’s office, recommended by a friend and I must say I was so impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff was. They listened to my concerns and weren’t overwhelming with their recommendations. I felt at ease and you will too.

Everyone that works in the office from Dentist, Hygienist and office staff are all competent, caring and friendly. They go the extra mile to make each visit a good one!

They made us feel like part of the family. Dr. Lackee and his entire team are the most incredibly thoughtful, kind, compassionate people. They take the time to explain and educate, while making sure you're comfortable and well-informed. Along with the best routine care, Dr. Lackee and his team have repaired a horribly broken front tooth and also handled a nervous pre-teen who had never been to the dentist before.

Like a lot of people, I am scared of the dentist. A few years ago, I finally started going to a dentist regularly, but then had an awful experience with them that caused more issues. I tried several more and was still not happy. I am happy I finally try Dr Lackee! His office staff is so nice and welcoming, the assistants and hygients are great and Dr Lackee is excellent. I recommend him to everyone who is looking for a new dentist.

My family and I are beyond lucky to have Dr. Lackee and his staff for all of our dental needs. He and his staff are extremely patient and Thorough with us. They treat us like family. I truly love them and have zero complaints.

Rachel was fabulous with our son and made his 2nd dental experience both fun and productive. He felt comfortable with her and that made the difference.

Before i went to Dr. Lackee, I was terrified of any dentist. Just ask him. Dr. Lackee is not just ANY dentist. He is a kind and compassionate person who understood my fears. He dealt with me in such a professional and caring manner that I was not of afraid of going to the dentist, especially Dr. Lackee and his wondrful assistant. I will only ever go to Dr. Lackee, he can never retire....I will refer any and everybody I can if they need a great dental office.

Excellent, I went with a emergency due to a tooth pain and even though I didn’t have an scheduled appointment the receptionist made me an space and I was able to see the doctor, all of them were so nice, the personnel are really kind they made me feel confortable and better… They are just great!!

I had my semiannual teeth cleaning done by Rachel. Although it was more like a year, with the scheduling delays due to CoVid and bad weather postponing the dates. She explained the changes in my teeth and as always was very pleasant and professional. Thanks Dr. Lackee and staff!

As someone who has anxiety involving anything dental related, this office really helps make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They always run on time, the entire staff is kind, Dr. Lackee is great and Shannon is amazing.

The best. Took my 17 month with me to get familiar and everyone made him feel so welcome. Such a friendly atmosphere that is very comforting when starting a family. Very glad I chose them as my dentist.

As always, all staff were exemplary. Karin is the greatest. Dr. Lackee is awesome. The invisiline zipcord to the parking lot is fast and a lot of fun, although I did knock an old lady over as I sped by. It was less fun for her. But I got to the parking lot in seconds. Wheeeeeeeee. Can't wait to come back and try it again.
