Dr. Wessels is truly a master of his craft. He advised me on how to handle my issue and gave me the medication needed. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Dr. Frank Wessels is very professional and courteous. He asked the right questions and provided the proper treatment and offered alternative solutions. His staff and nurse also provide top level customer service, and they are fast and friendly.

My appointment was 9:05 and the doctor saw me a little BEFORE that time! How often does that happen at a doctor’s office? Doctor and all other associates are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Always great explaining issues and listening to concerns

Dr. Wessels was very professional and comforting, dispute the reason the for appointment. I was comfortable and would recommend.

Dr. Wessels was extremely nice, knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly to me. He was gentle in treatment, and I had no discomfort at all. He made something I had dreaded no issue at all. Wish I had gone sooner. The entire staff was very friendly, and everyone put me at ease.

In summary my experience ranged from frustrating to terrible. The irony is that while trying to provide direct feedback to the office, rather than here, I was transferred to the manager’s phone line where my call was terminated due to a full mailbox. To say that the customer service here is bad would be an understatement. In regards to my “care” I would say that starting with the lead nurse through the treatment by Dr. Wessels, I felt like a piece of meat and not cared for in the least. The facility is old and appears not very clean; the staff is rushed and treats patients accordingly; and the treatment was so rough that it left tears in my eyes. No one thought to ask how I was doing or for any type of feedback. Just walked out room and told to pay on the way out… I would suggest for others to look elsewhere.

Dr. Wessels was kind and realistic. Matter of fact in what I needed for treatment and very efficient. Definitely would recommend him to others.

I have suffered from hemorrhoids for many years. I finally decided to go to Raleigh where I have family that can take care of my baby to get the hemorrhoidectomy done. I visited Dr. Wessels’ office on February 3rd, he told me we won’t do surgery until we try conservative treatment for a month. After a month, I went to see him with and begged for a surgery as I am running out of time and he said we have to wait another month. After the third visit, hemorroids were still there, I asked again for the surgery and he refused. He asked to me continue taking laxative and they will go away. I went back to the west coast, we are now April 19th, my hemorroids have not been treated properly! I don’t recommend Dr. Wessels!

Dr. Wessels is AWESOME. He is very professional and reassuring. I was very very nervous before my appointment and he calmed me down and was done before you know it. The office staff are very friendly, professional, and caring. I would recommend anyone to this office.

Dr. Wessels - Proctologist listens well, he is compassionate and he really knows his stuff! He had to band 4 hemorrhoids for me and it was virtually painless during the procedure and after totally painless. Plus he fixed the problem and it’s really nice now with no issues so I highly recommend Dr. Frank Wessels for sure.

Was too quick to take the time to explain enough to the patient. I was herded in & out quickly with no attention to my personal situation. He gave standard book explanations, but not what I could do to help my situation (except for the usual "do not sit on the toilet too long", which did not apply to me but he still repeated it). Quick to give me injections. Obviously, this is only a short-term solution. I had to go to another doctor to find out what to do for the long-term. Unfriendly staff

Dr. Wessels and staff could not be more patient and kinder to my 92 year sister who is in a wheelchair. Everyone went above and beyond kindness. Dr Wessels is a incredible physcian. Thank you so very much. G.Kluever
