Very fortunate to have met Dr. Wei- I went in for hip/back/neck issues and he diagnosed me with a very rare condition (Parsonage-Turner Syndrome). Jill Sinda (Physical Therapist) is my miracle worker as her manual osteopathic techniques helped bring my wasted muscle back. I was referred to Dr. Wei by my RA Doctor and he diagnosed me with severe carpal tunnel. I have RA so all this time, I thought it was this. However, I couldn't sleep at night anymore and Dr. Wei gave me advice on things I could do until surgery so I could sleep at night! All appts were on time, and he took his time with his patients (with a little humor too). Would highly recommend Dr. Wei for any neck/arm/wrist/hand issues like I had. It has all gone away after surgery but if I need the left side done too I know who to go back to for an EMG for that side. A very pleasant and knowledgeable Doctor, hard to find these days. Would highly recommend for any skeleton issues you may have. Just read the other good reviews! They are all true! Dr Wei was time efficient yet always answered all my questions and thoroughly explained my situation. His physical therapy referral was targeted exactly to what I needed with an excellent therapist at Novacare. His final evaluation was helpful as well.

Very good experience with real improvements for me.

Very positive. Dr. Wei ordered an MRI and then ordered a Epidural shot in the back for Charles which was very successful. We were very grateful for his good counsel and expertise. Our family doctor recommended him for Charles's treatment and he was so right. He is very capable. I would recommend him to others.

Dr Wei and I discussed my extreme lower back pain and curved spine. He also looked at the exrays I had. My problem was I could not stand, sit or walk for more than 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I would sit in a vibrating recliner to rest. Dr Wei recommended concentrated physical therapy. The therapy WORKED. After 10 sessions, My back pain was reduced to slight strain and my posture is much better. I am very pleased and would recommend Dr Wei for back and spine pain!

My experience with Dr. Wei has been nothing but positive. At the first visit, he identified the problem and addressed the issue. Very professional and helpful.

Ok... when you walk into the office you feel like everyone actually cares about you!!... Office staff... Physical Therapist... and Dr Wei!! I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wei— Kind and extremely knowledgeable. It took 10 weeks post surgery after multiple visits and phone calls with other doctors and nurse practitioners to get a diagnosis to explain all my symptoms. The next day, I saw Dr. Wei and he diagnosed what was wrong with me within five minutes of sitting in his exam room and telling him my symptoms—he listens. Dr Wei confirmed the exact same diagnosis that the neurologist told me the day before. 10 weeks I tried to figure out what was wrong with me and Dr Wei figured it out in less than five minutes because he listens to his patients! He listens when I’ve had problems with side effects of meds and needed meds changed. His office staff is quite wonderful also. I needed to come to Dr. Wei to have an EMG done for a work injury. I was nervous due to being given horror stories from acquaintances who had the procedure done. The fear was completely unnecessary. I asked a lot of questions being extremely curious. Dr. Wei was very indulgent to my curiosity, and it also took my mind off the actual procedure happening. He was also very quick. I did have minimal aches after but they were gone after a few hours. In no time did I experience anything that wasn't more then bearable. I first came to to Dr. Wei sixteen years ago when two surgeons recommended fusing my back as the only way to fix my spine . In 2017, I had a problem with my sciatica nerve on the left side of my body. Dr. Wei did an injection to resolve the issue. It took care of the excruciating pain I was experiencing immediately. Now in 2020, I begin experiencing pain on my right side. I immediately contacted Dr. Wei and he prescribed a steroid medication that took care of the issue within a few days. Dr. Wei has been helping me with my back issues ever since I had back surgery in 2007. He and his team are wonderful and take great care of his patients, one of the best doctors I've ever had. Over 16 years ago, I was referred to Dr. Wei by my rheumatologist because of chronic back issues. He has used a comprehensive treatment plan to manage my pain and maintain my functioning so that I am able to continue to enjoy my favorite activities in my senior years. If physical therapy is needed, Dr. Wei is extremely knowledgeable regarding the areas of expertise of various therapists in the Twin Cities area and matches you with one who is highly skilled at treating the condition that you have been diagnosed with. He has gone the extra mile to successfully advocate for me with my insurance company to obtain coverage for a procedure and necessary medication. He personally returns phone calls the day you call, which is a rarity in the medical world today. Went to see Dr. Wei after experiencing a painful injury in my right ankle, knee and hip. He was very easy to talk to and never made me feel rushed. He asked me several questions and was a great listener----all this to help analyze my issues and get me on the road to recovery. He gave me some ideas to deal with my pain and set me up with an excellent PT group. I was happy to report back to Dr. Wei that after one month I'm feeling much better and on the road to recovery. I saw Dr Wei after 3 TCO docs told me I needed either fusion or laminectomy. Severe pain in right upper buttocks..Dr. Wei diagnosed SI joint inflammation and sent me to Dave Everson at Nova Care for PT and after 10 days my pain went from 8 to 1. He saved me...other docs missed it. See Dr Wei before you do any surgery. He’s not only the expert in town for giving shots for pain, he’s also brilliant when diagnosing. Very precise, excellent communicator, and most important I trust his judgement....and just a terrific person with very easy access office location and a very warm and friendly office atmosphere.
