Definitely good care! Only unusual thing was the visit printed summary report which asked me to stop a medication I was not taking. I was never asked verbally if I was taking it. I did not notice it until I got home so will ask about it next time.

My appointment card states 8:15 am. At 8:10 the person at the desk stated that my appointment time was not until 8:30 not 8:15. The system should have shown the appointment time as 8:15. I am disappointed with the Premier Health (not only this provider) billing system. Weeks after my services I get emails and phone calls for small residual balances. I pay by by mail all balances on the first day of each month if I have received a statement explaining what the balance is for. On one occasion I had to pay the same balance twice because the first payment was not credited.

Completely satisfied with the services provided and the care given to make sure I understood the results of the healthcare review and checkup I was given.

My wife and best friend both have very serious medical conditions. We have found regrettably few doctors that seem to really care about them as human beings. Not to put to fine a point on it - we've found one. Dr. Von Maluski is not just the most concerned, patient-oriented doctor I have ever met, in many ways, he is the only one, and the only one I trust absolutely. He is, in a word, a lifesaver.
