Dr. LeCastre & Dr. Vargo are amazing doctors! We have been going to Strongsville Podiatry for years. They have the patience of a Saint dealing with my anxious teenager. They get the job done even with the hardest patient. :-) Both my sons choose to go to Strongsville Podiatry because they trust them both & have a good report with them. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. LeCastre did an excellent job. Very helpful and kind, considering I started to stress over the needle injection. Would highly recommend. Very quick procedure.

Dr. Vargo is a Doctor that I can trust! That means everything! He has helped me with a bad sprained ankle, metatarsalgia and surgery for an ingrown toenail. Dr Vargo is very good. He is gentile, he takes his time and explains and answers all questions.

Dr. Vargo is very easy to talk to and doesn’t rush you at all. I like that he took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my foot and laid out all the options. I would highly recommend him!

He is very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. He helped me with my problem on the first visit. I recommended him to my sister. She had appointments with two other podiatrists who diagnosed her wrong .Dr Vargo fixed her problem. She suffered for months due to the wrong diagnosis. He is just an amazing and a great doctor

Dr. Vargo and the office staff are excellent! I had a minor foot injury that required a minor procedure. The first doctor I saw disregarded my issue, but Dr. Vargo took it very seriously. He had me back on my feet normally within 3 weeks and I’m glad I went to his office!

This is the foot doctor to go to, hands down. Dr. Vargo is experienced and explains things very clearly. He genuinely cares about you as a patient and makes sure to completely care for every issue. His staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Frank is the best, I was in and out in an hour. He did an amazing job. He is very nice. Would reccomend to anyone all ages. I am 14 years old and have type 1 Diabetes. I also have white coat syndrome.

Dr. Vargo was amazing for my mom-he spent a great deal of time with her during the exam explaining the plan of care. We were very impressed and also very grateful!

I highly recommend Dr. Vargo from personal experience with some foot issues that I had. He diagnosed the issue, made sure I understood what needed to be done to fix it, fixed it, and then followed up to make sure I was back "on my feet". He talked in laymen's terms so that I felt comfortable with the explanation and how he was going to take good care of me. There is no need to go anywhere else for foot issues!

Been going to Dr. Vargo for over 20 years. He has helped me with nail fungus, foot fracture, plantar fasciitis and orthotics. Undoubtedly the best of any of my doctors. Excellent care and communication of conditions or procedures.

Dr Vargo did procedures that were NOT REQUESTED OR REQUIRED and then BILLED for those services. He KNEW that the insurance company would not cover what he billed and it would be patient responsibility. When I came for a follow-up and had questions about my bill, they had the office manager call the office to speak with me. The office manager called me a bi*ch for not paying. For FOUR YEARS I have been arguing with the office manager, the billing office AND the collections company. I have told them I will pay the bill when I receive a CORRECTED BILL, charging for ONLY the services that were REQUESTED and REQUIRED. All of them have told me I must speak with the doctor. Dr Frank Vargo WILL NOT CALL ME. For FOUR YEARS this office has had a collections item showing on my credit report. This doctor is CORRUPT, as is his office manager and billing agent.

Probably the best Doctor i ever used he is very personable and genuine , i took my Son to see him and he treated my Son Very Well !

Dr Frank is the best. A great guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and does it well. Very personable. Would recommend him to anyone who’s having foot troubles. Don’t wait like I did, there’s nothing to fear ????????

Dr. Vargo is absolutely SPECTACULAR! I spent over a month in pain because of a problem with my pinky toe. My primary physician and his facility failed me miserably and tossed me to the side, not even trying to find the root of the problem. I took it upon myself to go see Dr. Vargo and I am so happy that I did. Not only is he a super personable and kind man, but he is the most genuinely caring doctor I have ever encountered. Thank you Dr. Vargo and all your professional staff for taking good care of our father this week! Being diabetic and starting to notice some concerning problem areas arising on his feet, we knew we had to get him in to a professional to seek the best care. We cannot say enough good things on how efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional Dr. Vargo is along with his wonderful staff from the moment we walked through the doors! We are convinced that Dr. Vargo has prevented our father from some serious medical problems from happening with the treatments he performed to correct his issues. For that, we are very thankful we found Dr. Vargo and now are established with him for all future important preventative care appointments and for any foot issues. What a peace of mind we now have!! Dr. Vargo is an exceptional podiatrist / doctor. He will take the time to ask questions, and he has a compassionate manner. It is not unusual for Dr. Vargo to offer both a conservative treatment option and an aggressive treatment option. Despite being a sole practitioner (you ALWAYS get to be seen by Dr. Vargo, not a nurse practitioner), he is typically punctual. Best of all, Dr. Vargo knows how to minimize pain by applying pressure to pressure points and placing injections just so. The staff members in Dr. Vargo's practice are pleasant and professional. I was able to schedule my appointments easily. The staff was very friendly at each visit. Dr Vargo was very helpful and explained how my feet are constructed, how they work and how they get irritated and pained. I followed his directions and felt less pain in a short period of time. The staff was more than friendly. This was my first visit, I liked the option to print out their forms at home and bring in, instead filling them out in the lobby. The staff as I said extremely friendly and helped me on a very bad day!! Dr Vargo was just as nice, took his time to ask questions and actually hear my answers not just have a predetermined opinion of how to treat my problem. I didn't feel like just another patient. Dr Vargo is my hero! I am pain free after decades of living with ingrown toenails. The prodedures were completely pain free and recovery was smooth. He has a fabulous bed side manner. I would without hesitation highly recommend Dr Vargo for anyone suffering from any type of foot issue. His staff is also the best I have ever encountered in any doctor's office. Rate this practice a 10+++!

All appointments have been handled in a professional manor by the entire staff. Dr Vargo is well experienced and was able to diagnose a critical infection correctly and began treatment immediately. He is friendly, professional as well as competent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vargo for at least 8 years. He has always been very caring. He and his staff are always there for me whenever I am having any problem with my feet or heels. They are always friendly. I would not see anyone else.

I had two bunion operations done by Dr. Vargo. Dr. Vargo took great care in explaining what he would do during surgery and what I would do afterwards. He stressed using the correct support boot, limiting activities so my foot had time to heal, gave instructions for keeping my foot dry while showering, as well as pre and post x-rays for assessment. Afterwards, he gave advice about the type of shoes that would give me the best support . Much care, concern, and knowledge is what I experienced.

We are very happy to recommend the podiatry services of Dr. Vargo and his wonderful staff. Having two teenage ballet daughters, we've had occasion to see the doctor for a fractured big toe(from non-dance related activity) and a nasty MRSA(yikes!!) infection from an blister(dance-related). Dr. Vargo takes the time to explain things thoroughly and address concerns so that as a Mom, I felt that my daughter's feet were in very good hands. His course of care and follow-up appointments definitely helped a potentially very serious infection resolve as favorably and quickly as possible.
