Dr. Simo is great.

Dr. Simo did a complete rhinoplasty revision. His bedside manner and personal followup was exceptional. He was very personable and fun to engage with. That created a great deal of confidence and reassurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Simo

Simo's receptionist was so incredibly rude that I canceled my appointment and went to another plastic surgeon instead. (Judging from his other reviews, I think I dodged a bullet.)

Dr Simo did septoplasty and rhinoplasty on me I immediately noticed one nostril was bigger than the other and my nose was slightly leaning towards the right. I mentioned this to Dr Simo who said I was still healing and at my year follow up he'd fix everything if it was still off. At my year follow-up appointment I asked him about it since it was still noticeable and he acknowledged it but said I'd have to pay for the facility and anesthesiologist. I said I didn't understand why I'd have to since this was corrective surgery to fix what he'd done. He told me to call the office if I decided to move forward so called the office and of course I never heard anything back from Dr. Simo or his office. Should have looked around for better

Dr Simo has repaired my face twice after MOHS surgeries. You can barely detect a scar that could have been a disaster all the way across my face. He has the best eye for understanding the natural forms of your face and paying the closest attention to detail amd personal concern.

Dr. Simo is highly skilled and knowledgeable. On top of all that, he has an outrageous sense of humor. Always a treat being around him.

The very Worst plastic surgeon in St. Louis. He gave me rhinoplasty and ruined my nose. He has an attitude left me with terrible results Tried to sue Dr Simo

Dr. Simo recently completed surgery for Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty for me. The first week I was unable to work due to the recovery but by the second week I was back to work with some bruising. He was on-time for the surgery, for all my follow-up appointments and was thorough with my recovery; his staff were friendly. I love what he did with the appearance of my nose and originally was nervous when he said he would make it look to fit my face frame without any computer images; however, I could not have asked for better results! He fixed my breathing and I wish I would have done it years ago! The only recommendation I would have for their office is to have a written explanation of what to expect after the surgery physically and health-wise. I got my nose done November 13th and today it's august 7th. My nose is as hard as a rock still, I wake up every single morning with a swollen nose. I have way more trouble breathing than I did before. My nose was a insecurity of mine for a while and I thought my breathing could be better. Overall I 100% regret my decision and not looking into the dr more. My dad went to him so I figured everything would work out. I was so beautiful before & now I feel like a ugly version of my old self. I hate everything he did to my nose. & on top of it I have bad scaring from the cast he had on my nose. I wish I could post a before and after but I'm not sure how to do that. the only thing I can say is he was a nice guy, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm very upset about everything I got my nose done November 13th and today it's august 7th. At the age of 65, I had a neck lift with Dr. Simo. He is fantastic, very funny, caring and professional at all times. He was recommended to me by a friend who is a beautiful woman. (I know that I'm beautiful too!). Dr. Simo's work is remarkable and people whom I haven't seen for awhile tell me that I look wonderful......and they're right! It's pretty cool to be 66 and have everybody tell me how great I look! Spa Derma is also excellent. The aestheticians help me take superb care of my skin and they make me feel horribly spoiled. I had septoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr. Simo and am very pleased with the result. The septoplasty has allowed me to breathe out of both nostrils. The first few weeks are not fun but around the third week things improved greatly and @ 6 weeks out I feel great. The rhinoplasty was an added bonus and it looks completely natural. If more stars were available, Dr. Simo would definitely receive them. After getting turned down by several specialist because of the of the amount of damage my nose had, they referred me to Dr. Simo. Not only could I not breath out of one of my nostrils, my nose was completely turned sideways. Dr. Simo and I hit it off within the first minute. I had a complicated nasal reconstruction. He put me at ease and answered my questions before I could even ask them. His expert explanation of what needed to be done was very informative as I had already read about the different procedures associated with my problems. I found him to be very upfront and liked his personality and conspicuous intelligence. I am very glad I made the choice to see Dr. Frank Simo.

Do not go to this Dr. He ruined my nose and I have to get it redone. People are constantly asking what is wrong with my nose!

Dr Simo has no bedside manner. He's rude, doesn't listen to concerns. I was referred to him because I complained to my primary doctor about life long breathing issues which had gotten really bad. With my family history, he refered me to Simo because he's a wonderful surgeon. I had a friend have work done by him and it turned out amazing. Took 3 months for an appointment. So I was really looking forward to my appointment to see if we could fix my breathing issue which I just thought was normal for everyone. He was annoyed at all my concerns about my nose and breathing. When I tried to explain my breathing and snoring issue, he just shrugged it off saying it was a weight issue without asking how long I had this problem. My nose wasn't bad enough to need surgery which was great news for me. But I'm a paying patient; take time to listen to what I have to say and what I'm telling you is in pain. Dr. Simo is an excellent surgeon. I find him to be kind and highly skilled. I would recommend him to anyone.

I just had my deviated septum and rynoplasty done by Dr. Simo and I can't even begin to explain how fabulous he was! He made me feel so comfortable leading up to my procedure! My nose looks amazing and I highly recommend him! He is very thorough with explaining how everything will go and what things he would like to change. I am so happy with my results! Thank you so much Dr. Simo!!!

Wonderful doctor and staff, wonderful experience! I had major surgery with Dr. Simo and I would definitely recommend to him to family and friends. I was referred by another plastic surgeon who recommended him, he is a great surgeon and I got spectacular results, truly an artist. If you are debating on having surgery and trying to pick a doctor, this is your man. There is nobody better.

Went to Dr. Simo at the advice / recommendation of my ENT for a deviated septum which has been plaguing me for years. My procedure was primarily "functional"; giving me the chance to breathe normally and reduce snoring. Dr. Simo and his staff worked with my insurance provider so that the procedure was covered. The Dr. and his staff are outstanding. Bedside manner one of the best. Very thorough and thoughtful as well as being the Michelangelo of facial plastics. I can breathe!

Had a deviated septum and other problems breathing through my nose. No more cpap machine !!!!! Awesome

My father is a doctor and told me the best is Dr. Simo. After the fact, I understand why. Just fantastic results and wonderful bedside manner. His entire staff genuinely cares about your wellbeing and comfort. Plastic surgery is not exactly fun, but I would do it again in a heartbeat with this team. The results were great, and more importantly exactly as describe pre-op.
