I'd recommend this place to anyone needing an extremely good dentist. The Dr and his team are amazing. I'm guessing his philosophy is whatever it takes. And their bedside manners are well above the call of duty.
Anybody who knows me ,knows I hate to go to the dentist or any medical professional at all.That being said I have been using Dr.Rainieri as my dentist since he came to Berkeley Springs ,I would not think of going anywhere else he is very professional and straight forward .I believe he really cares about his patients and there dental needs .I have had some fillings fall out that I had put in when I was a teenager ,which was some time age .I don't know how he does it but I would put the pain level in getting a new filling at a very low 2 ,which is incredible .I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr Rainieri for all you have done Darren Barney

Love this dentist!!! Had a crown completed and he talks you through the process. Quick and painless. Accepts my insurance so prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!!!
