Dr. Obnigene was very professional and the staff. He was knowledgeable about my problem. I had an fungal and ingrown toenail which had been there untreated for a couple years. I googled podiatrist in my area and found him and glad I did. Just waiting to finish healing.

I had been to another doctor yrs before but, I continued to have a lot of pain and discoloration of the big toes of both feet. I required bunion surgery on both feet and Dr. Ognibene came with great recommendations from others that I knew that had used him. He agreed to do both at the same time and I recovered in record time with NO redos to date and NO MORE PAIN. It has been 20 yrs since my surgeries and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend him. His staff is another story now but, when I was working with them then, they were kind and professional. J. This Doctor and his staff are awesome. The lady at the desk has been there 16 years and Dr O has been practicing over 40 years. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was seen upon arrival. He listened to my questions and explained everything so it was easy to understand. Because of my specific needs, I will be seeing him every three months. I give them my highest recommendation.

Unfortunately the one star review is a reflection on the reception staff as opposed to the doctor but he is responsible for his staff and should be held accountable. They are completely unprofessional. Receptionists are RUDE (they don't say their name upon answering the phone so I can't confirm if it's a single person or multiple). They lie about appointment times and lie about follow up phone calls. After the first visit every subsequent interaction with them has been negative. Staff is horribly unprofessional. Ognibene himself agreed to a set price for insoles and then charged a totally separate price. Hundreds of dollars over the agreed price. When I call for assistance with this issue I am greeted on the phone with the same unhelpful person every time. It has been 2 months since the procedure and my foot still hurts, which should not be happening. The doctor still has yet to follow up with me about the procedure and billing issues from his clinic. I am a woman in my 50s. I had extensive surgery to correct a birth defect on my foot. Dr Ognibene did an excellent job! I was very pleased with the result. He took time to answer all my questions. I found his staff to be very kind and friendly. Dr Ognibene did minor procedures on both my mom and dad’s feet. They were in their mid to late 70s at the time. Both had great results. Remember that the people who take time to write these reviews are usually upset and some people have unrealistic expectations.
