Mr. Frank Morelli

I visited Frank because there were not many in person specialists who can help out with OCD. I went for 2 sessions and we never actually got into my mental health struggles. He literally rambled on for an hour about OCD and many of the things I already knew. He also kept looking at the clock…like over 5 times. It seems like he was thinking how much longer he needed to ramble. My guess is that he wants you to come back for as many sessions as possible. I stopped after two. He also got pissed when I did not have cash….a little suspect. I didn’t know paying by card was such an issue? I didn’t trust him.

Frank was the only provider in Jacksonville who I found took my OCD seriously and didn't tell me "just stop being negative." He has a great knowledge of this disorder and has helped with other forms of anxiety in my life. I appreciate his involvement in the OCD community and the passion he has for helping patients. ERP therapy can be scary, but Frank made me feel very comfortable and safe while talking about the things that scare me most. Always on time and scheduling or canceling appointments was a breeze!

Was not impressed. Morelli often came off condescending and abrupt. Claimed many times we would address actual CBT techniques during tx but never did. Consistently late with little apology. Felt he had a wolf's smile whenever I'd hand over payment - as if he knew he was taking my money without providing any beneficial therapy.
