9 minutes agoNewIf I could give this place no stars I would. The staff was friendly and polite but the doctor not so much. He judges you right of the bat, if you are a smoker. He treats you like trash if you are. He told me 'wish you were on street drugs then I could help you'. He would not listen to a word I was trying to say he would cut me of and when he was called out for it he started to shake his had and cusiny and treated me like crap even more. He has very bad bedside manners. He does not need to be working with the public at all. You can be against smoking, but that gives him no right to treat or talk to people the way he does. Oh yeah I don't smoke in my house so don't try to use that as an excuse to justify why he did it. I know the dangers of smoking. There are dangers with even meds that are prescribed that have been know to cause cancer or etc and even drinking have risk but doctors don't treat them patients like crap. We deserve the same respect as everyone else.

Sent my mom to this doctor due to his reviews. My mistake. She has TMJ that has been verified by other doctors that we used to find the source of her pain. This doctor seemed cold and uncaring to her and straight out said he couldn’t help her. He also said there was no treatment for the TMJ other than a moth guard and over the counter pain relievers. I’ve done extensive research on TMJ and possible treatments for it and the pain. There’s multiple treatments, from therapy all the way up to different types of surgeries that can be done to alleviate the pain. But to be a specialist in this field he is a joke. I wouldn’t even recommend taking your dog to this doctor. Wouldn’t surprise me to find out he used a paid service to get the boost in positive reviews, as he doesn’t deserve them due to his bedside manner and lack of wisdom in his field. Would give no stars if possible. That’s what you get when a politician goes into the medical field I guess.

Dr Mongiardo rushed in and gave a very fast exam. He then started sitting up a medical procedure for something much less serious than I was there for. He never even ask if I wanted to have this done. He was moving and talking so fast that I was caught off guard and agreed to the procedure. He was rude, sorta said I was lying about what I told him about myself and seemed uncaring. After having time to think about all this, I’ll most likely cancel the procedure and find another doctor. The receptionist was very nice and efficient. That’s actually the only good thing I can say about my experience.

I was referred to the office after a terrible ear infection and hearing loss. The doctor was in the room maybe five minutes prescribed two nasal sprays looked in my nose, throat, and ears. Ordered a hearing test that I later cancelled along with a follow up appointment for a month. After receiving my bill there was a $250 charge for nasal endoscopy. I called the office thinking it was an error. I told her he only looked in my nose and the receptionist explained that was what the charge was for. So needless to say I won’t be returning to the office. The staff was amazing and so friendly but $250 to look in my nose is a little much!

I had high hopes when I went to Dr. Mongiardo. He did not introduce himself to me or do any history review with me. I didn't have a chance to ask questions. I spent approximately 12 minutes with him. He prescribed an antibiotic and told me to come back in a month. I went to him due to recurring sinus infections. My internist wanted an ENT evaluation. I will not return. This is simply my experience. Give him a try and decide for yourself if he is a good fit for you.

Do not recommend. My son was born with a hearing loss and he never would prescribe him hearing aids. After my son failed 2nd grade, I finally took him to another ear doctor and they couldn't believe he had gone so long without hearing aids.

I was honestly surprised by how BAD my experience with him was. He did diagnose me correctly with a ruptured ear drum and did hearing tests every time I saw him. It took 6 months to heal, which wasn’t surprising to me since I have a weak immune system. However, every single time I saw him he would come up with a different thing to diagnose me with and prescribe medicine I didn’t want. The first time he saw me he made me take a pointless allergy test. He suggested removing my adenoids. He suggested a sleep test. I was there for one ear! And then, once my ear was finally healed and I had my last test, he said my OTHER ear was bad and the hearing in my healed one was perfect, when I can clearly tell a difference; the injured ear is still a bit muffled (which I expected and don’t notice for the most part). I told him that doesn’t make sense. He said that’s what the test said and completely ignored what I told him. Seriously, he’s only there to milk you/your insurance for all it’s worth.

I was too told it was menere's and to lose weight and eat NO salt... he got mad when I told him I didn't eat salt and told me He MEANT NO SALT! Scheduled me for tests and then found out I have positional vertigo. Sent me for allergy testing and found a severe allergy to all insects and some other things. Told me to start allergy shots. I got my vial and was then told that they have to give me the first shot out of every vial. Can't get there working 6 days a week! UGH

My daughter has been suffering from ear pain and dizziness. She was referred to Dr. Mongiardo, who did not perform any tests and only “guessed” her diagnosis. He said she probably had Menears Syndrome and to not eat a lot of salt. However she doesn’t eat salt. Thank goodness we now have a professional ENT who is actually taking the time to perform tests And diagnosing her correctly. Good luck with this one though!

These people are financial hounds. Instead of calling or mailing me, they had their bill collectors call my work for a $15 'balance', I had no idea about. Beware doing business with these people. I or my family will absolutely never return! Calling a person's job is unprofessional and inappropriate! The physician is more concerned about payment than treatment. So unless you want their bill collectors calling your employer about questionable 'balances' find another Dr. Weeks later still harrassed

Staff was friendly and greeted me with respect. the doctor himself was rude, in a rush and didn't take the time to even learn about what was going on. I had ear pain and also an ear infection in the opposite ear (via family physician the day before). He looked at the one with the pain and said he saw nothing and never bothered to look in the other. Said probably meneres and said stop salt then told me to lose weight. Everyone says this is what he has done to them too. NOT HAPPY!

The staff was rude, my appointment never saved in the computer so they had to work me in, even though I made the appointment 6 weeks ago. Went in for sinus pain and somehow got scheduled for a hearing test.. Lol I wish I had done more research on the ENT doctors.

I've never been to an ear, nose & throat doctor before and was referred almost immediately so was uneasy. The staff was friendly but Dr. Mongiardo was so professional and caring from the moment he walked in. He listened to what I had to say and asked so many good things. He went and got things he needed, had scripts called in to pharmacy and had a referral being set for further testing. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and "bed side manner"

Was a very good experience overall!! Very caring Dr......and staff!!!
