Front desk receptionist had a nasty attitude and was incredibly unreasonable. She just kept talking loudly to her coworker about us like we’re not standing right there. If you want to get berated and belittled then this is the office for you.

Can be rough around the edges and is kind of intimidating/stern, but you can tell he really cares for his patients. I highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Mayo for two years. He is knowledgable, kind and thorough and I am very pleased with my care. Likewise, the office staff is accommodating and very helpful. I highly recommend his services.

Dr Mayo is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and compassionate towards his patients. He answers your questions with thoughtful and is geared towards prevention and educational teaching. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in meeting all patients needs. Would highly recommend this site.

I have been a patient for 20+ years of Dr. Mayo's. He takes the time to talk to you and answers your questions. He makes me feel comfortable and that he cares for the well-being of his patients. I would recommend him always.

I will never see Dr. Mayo again. He's rude and not helpful at all.

Love this man.. Dr Mayo is my true savior!!! Starting going to Dr Mayo in 2015 after a routine test found a nodule on my upper right lung lobe.. Dr Mayo every 6 months followed up with me .. In March 2018 the test came back highly likely cancer.. Dr Mayo immediately, and when I say immediately put a plan of action together.. I can honestly say because Dr Mayo consistently followed up with me I am a 5 month lung cancer survivor!!! Seen Dr Mayo today and I’m doing excellent!! I had concerns and Dr Mayo put all my fears in perspective today !! Dr Mayo is gentle, caring and takes the time with you to let you know your not just another patient!!! Your important to Dr Mayo!! I have been seeing Dr. Mayo for many years. He is a great diagnostician, very knowledgeable and professional, and a caring, compassionate man. I recommend him highly.

My experience with Dr Mayo over 8 years was very negative. I would not recommend him. I found him confusing, obtuse and seemingly more interested in a surgical solution to my problem (bronchiectasis) than alternatives.

HE'S THE BEST. MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE

I would not recommend this practice to family and friends. Staff exhibited poor customer service and patient was treated like a statistic. It seems they have a long waiting list of eager patients waiting to take your place, and they will readily throw that in your face if you complain.
