Waiting for almost two hours! Baby cried! Always promote formula

This office has very limited appointment availability. Dr. Lieu used to go out of his way to help patients. Now, they have limited hours and lots of apologies. Sorry, I am not a bored rich housewife that can come in anytime.

Front desk staff are not professional at all, they don't even file insurance claim correctly and charge patients ridiculously. When inquiring, their attitude was rude and hang up my call directly. Do not recommend this office, not because of the doctor but the reception staff, the worst ever.

Very rude front desk. Unprofessional billing. When we had issue with billing, they asked me to leave a voice mail and never called back. Dr Is great and kind but unless you have two hours for every visit. DONT COME HERE. They book patients back to back and my son has been here since birth and not once has the visit ever been less than a hour wait. Unfortunately I have to find someone else.

The stars are for Dr Lieu, who is a really good doctor but my overall experience with the service is terrible. Average wait time is an hour, imaging having tried all methods soothing and holding your baby and hopelessly waiting in a closed room. The most annoying thing is their insurance policy. They will charge you full amount and refund you next time you visit. I have never seen any clinic does the same thing. I thought they are not familiar with my insurance company. Fine, I did it. They filed the claim and my insurance processed. But next time I visit, they still charge me full bill, EVERY TIME!!! Did I mention they TAKES MONTHS to refund my money? (Even after I called insurance knowing they got reimbursed for months) I feel extremely frustrating and shady for their procedure. My two daughters and I really like this place. The doctor and the nurses are always very kind and helpful to us!

Terrible terrible service,moving from out of state called in confirm the appointment. They call back we provided all insurance details, when we walk in we are told we don't have appointment. New patients beware!!! Hopefully the dr is good and this is just the staff. Avoiding such services.

Dr. Lieu has been my two sons’ pediatrician since I moved to Dallas in 2016. He is attentive and explains things clearly. My wife is not fluent in English so the doctor used a dictionary to look up the translation in Korean to explain to my wife.

The admin staff doesn’t keep good record of patient’s medical records. Vaccine record is on hand writing but not in electronic format. My kid went here for regular check up/vaccines and later came three times for medical records. For the first time, a copy of vaccine record was provided. For the second time, the original vaccine copy was provided without even notice us that this was the original copy. We used it as a copy and provided to a daycare my kid went to. Then later when we want to obtain the record for the third time, we were told that the original one has been provided and the office can’t provide any record. According to Texas Medical Board Rule 165.1(b), the doctor should keep patient’s records until the age of 21. The staff member told me that by giving us the original copy, the responsibility of maintaining patient’s medical record transferred to the patient!!! Dr Lieu has been my kids pediatrician for almost 15 years. We all love him!!! ❤

I have had Dr. Lieu since my baby was 6 weeks old. She will be 3 soon. Always pleasant and great with my daughter. Always answers my questions and concerns and also gives great advice. His staff has always been very helpful and caring.

I chose Dr.Lieu as my daughter 's pediatric at the very beginning. But I soon changed my idea after several times visit. Dr.Lieu always make me to say my concerns about my baby quickly and answered my questions without any patience. And I remembered once office visit, we arrived there at the scheduled time, but the door of the office was closed and there were many parents outside the office. No advanced notice and no explanation coming from staffs, and also nobody answered the phone. I chose Dr.Lieu as my daughter 's pediatric at the very beginning. Dr. Lieu has been and is our trusted pediatrician for my four sons. Dr. Lieu has treated my children for 19 years and we could not be happier with having chosen this doctor from the start. We drive from Corinth to see Dr. Lieu!

Dr. Lieu is our children's doctor for 6 years. He is good in general. He seems always in a rush, but he get the job done. Seems he is very experienced.

Great experience for the last 10 years with both of my kids!

I have been bringing my children to see Dr. Lieu for over 12 years. He was recommended to me by my sister, a doctor in another field, who had taken her two children to him also. Dr. Lieu has always been calm, caring, and spot on. His office staff is also very professional and sweet. I'll never take my kids anywhere else.

I have been taking my Daughter and Son to Mr Lieu over 6years, has always been great with them, i feel at ease every time we leave, he really listens to you when you voice your concerns very caring true gentlemen.

3 children, 7 years with Dr Lieu..no complaints. He never tries to push some bs product on you. Always a great attitude, great with children.

Dr. Lieu is terrific. Really takes the time with each issue. Saw our twins for sleeping issues and really gave great advice and has caught health issues other peds might have missed. We love Dr. Lieu.
