Dr. Guidry was very professional, compassionate, thorough, and is an expert in his field of medicine. While investigating my medical history and symptoms during my initial visit, he maintained a calm demeanor and was unaffected by my questions and complex medical history. Dr. Guidry provided a level of care that far exceeded my expectations as a PCP and I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Overall, my experience with Dr. Guidry was superior and the experience made me feel valued as a patient! I have used Oshner clinics for years and have been very happy with the service and input from their professional doctors. I don't like going to the doctor but if it is necessary I will choose Oshner.

It helps to have the MyChart app. Scheduling was flawless, real time chat, review results, etc etc etc. They even give you the directions to where you will be going (i.e floor, building). So, I was completely satisfied with the service and staff.

If it's an extremely breath of fresh air I need a new provider and I also needed somebody that would have at least listen not only did he listen but he also explain the caution behind getting to a point with the situation I was dealing with. Well done

From meeting Dr. Guidry for the first time to getting blood drawn in the lab by Courtney (I believe that's her name) was a GREAT experience for me!! I'm normally nervous about doctor visits but Dr. Guidry's staff made me REALLY comfortable!! I'm definitely happy I chose Ochsner at O'Neal!!!

Dr. Guidry and his staff have been providing outstanding medical care to patients for years. He has been my physician for many years and I continue to see him as my Primary Care Physician even though he moved to Baton Rouge a few years ago and I drive a long distance to see him. He is experienced, thorough, listens to patients and follows up with appropriate testing and/or medical procedures to ensure patient health. One of his greatest assets is a friendly, bedside manner which puts patients at ease, and encourages them to feel relaxed and unafraid to disclose their ensitive medical concerns. I would not trade my Doctor in for nothing. I've been a patient of Dr.guidy for years. When he moved from slidell to Baton Rouge I make the drive ,120 miles round trip.every 3 months. I have never had a more understanding Dr in my life I am 65 years old I cannot say enough good things about him kind compassionate understanding and if there’s anything else that should be put on this list count it as there. 20 years ago my husband was not his patient he was in the hospital in Charleston South Carolina I made one phone call to him after months of being in the hospital I asked him to take my husband on as a patient we were able to fly home thanks to Dr. Guidry my husband still alive he would have died I can never thank him enough that is just one of the many wonderful things he has done for me in my life . He moved to Baton Rouge after many years and I have tried to find a general practitioner that I trust I have high standards LOL I will try to get an appointment tomorrow I moved to Bay St. Louis Mississippi he moved to Baton Rouge Louisiana it is worth the trip if he will consider still being my doctor . Looking forward to seeing him for many more years will write another review after I see him God willing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank Guidry for over 20 years. I have always been satisfied with his service. However, once he went to Ochsner, the office staff went down hill. My insurance requires me to get referrals. It has never been an issue until he moved to Ochsner. I now have to request a referral over and over again and they still can't get it right. The level of incompetence with his staff is amazing. I waste way too much time following up with them, just to try to get them to do their job. Dr. Guidry has already lost a long time patient (my family member) because of this and he's about to lose another. It's a shame because I shouldn't have to 'shop' for another doctor when I already have a 20+ year relationship with this one. Unfortunately my hand is forced.
