Dr. Gredler was very pleasant, informitve, and helpful in treating a newly surfaced medical issue. Could talk with this gentleman for hours. Jumped on to future plans to fully evaluate this issue. Office staff very helpful, competent ,and pleasant. Minimal wait time.

Great. Dr. Gredler truly cares about my health. He takes time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way I can understand. He personally calls me to check on me after procedures. His bedside manner is exceptional.

I am a gredler patient over 10YRS now and am in hospital with my pacer gone nuts and he has not yet come to visit me and check up on my condition and that's not right?

In my particular case, Dr. Gredler showed a complete disregard for my opinion of how I felt on the morning of May 14, 2016 when he asked me, How do you feel this morning?. He was wanting to discharge me from TMH and in my opinion I wasn't in the physical condition to leave the hospital. When I told him this his response was, Well, you're going home. You don't need to be laying up here being a burden on people. Right after that he said, We're tired of you calling for ambulances.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My wife's appointment was rescheduled multiple times without her knowing. And they are completely rude on the phone!
