My son saw Dr. Dawson for his fractured wrist and I cannot say enough nice things about him. Would most definitely recommend him to anyone!!
Second appointment was for 9am and we were seen at 10am. Orders that were supposed to be put in for an mri were never placed as stated in the first visit. Will never use this office again for anyone in my family. Sad bevause I have used him.in the past and things were never like this.

Dr. Dawson is a wonderful doctor. I know this because, during my granddaughter's high school and college soccer career, he treated her for three concussions and an ankle injury, and he treated my daughter for a knee injury. Both granddaughter and daughter are doing well; granddaughter has, wisely, given up soccer. So, when I fell while walking the dog and thought I should get a professional opinion on the extent of my injuries, I thought of Dr. Dawson and called for an appointment. First, I was asked whether I was a patient of Dr. Dawson (fair enough); then, I was asked in not the most polite tone I ever heard by a person who probably isn't even 30 how old I was. When I told her, she said, Dr. Dawson only sees people between 18 and 45." The end. No, sorry I hope you feel better, or there are other doctors available, nothing. I understand that doctors have specialties and young injuries and old injuries are certainly different. But, there was probably a gentler way of finding that out. Now, I'm looking for the doctor who repairs egos. But, if you are between 18 and 45, go to Dr. Dawson- he's great. If you're part of the old set like me, go to Towson Orthopedics. Dr. Dawson is a wonderful doctor.
