Entire staff friendly and professional made things a breeze

When I entered the injection room, several people are telling me what to do; “put your things over there, lay face down on the table.” Then they clean the injection site. Then I felt strong pain. I asked, are you the doctor? “ the last time I looked I was!” That was no way to answer my question! Sarcasm is inappropriate.

Dr. Collier is a very personable doctor. He listens to your complaints. For me it's too early to tell as this was my 1st visit. He ordered a new MRI as the one I brought with me is 3.5 years old. I schedule an appointment but could not get one for another month. Now I see they have me scheduled to see a PA, NOT what I want. I want to see Dr. Collier & start treatment !!

Visit was on time. Dr. Collier was professional, explained things well, went above and beyond in my treatment. Was a so very helpful and restored my faith in the medical system. Appreciate the extra time Dr. Collier took to get my back injection taken care of. Thank you.

Excellent service, organize office and very courteaus

I was highly impressed with the staff and Dr. Collier all highly professional and sensitive to ones needs.

Dr. Collier and his PA are very friendly and professional. Dr. Collier is thorough with his explanations, and listens carefully to my questions and comments. I'm very happy to have him on my SE Orthopedic Specialists team. Every encounter with him so far has been helpful.

I was referred to Dr. Collier due to back & nerve issues after a very bad fall. I have a complicated health history with few autoimmune diseases that create add'l complications. So I'm very particular who I go to for care, treatment. Dr. Collier is very friendly, outgoing, caring & straightforward, he answers your questions & explains. He gives a treatment plan so not just address the cause of pain but to improve your quality of life. I've always been hesitant of back spine drs due to my few arthritic issues I can break easily as I have. So messing with my spine makes me bit anxious. That being said, I had a sense of calm with Dr. Collier. I feel I've got a very good start with his treatment plan but of course I have to follow and do my part. He very much ants to help you regain one's mobility with little to no discomfort nor pain. I've got a renewed sense of hope, finally. Thank you Dr. Collier, his medical assistant Zach and entire SOS staff team for a very pleasant experience.

Professional, patient first, quick & the injection works!!

Dr Collier at first seemed to care and be really professional. After his treatment failed he changed. He was rude and condescending and acted like I was bothered when I dared to ask a question. He was pushy and clearly didn’t review my chart before coming in because he got me confused with other patients every single time and was annoyed when I corrected him about my own health issues he was mistaken on… he is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. RUN. He only made my pain worse and pushed procedure after procedure on me that ALL made my pain worse. He is without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever seen. RUN. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Collier put me right at ease.

He made me feel extremely comfortable and walked me through everything during my epidural injection. Fingers crossed that this works!

Dr Collier pointed out what could be the cause of my prolonged back pain (since 2018). The answer was better than what the Naval Hospital doctors were giving me.

Prompt,Professional Medical care.

Great bedside manner and explains everything you need to get better. First visit and it was a good one. Very knowledgeable allowed me to see my x-rays to explain what is going on. I appreciate the time he took to go into detail.

Super personable, did a thorough exam, great listener and communicator. His treatment plan seems very reasonable! Also, the MA, X-ray tech and the admins were all professional and efficient.

The visits to Dr Collier to get my lumbar injections over the last three years have maintained steady relief from my spinal pain. The only regression has been the loss of these injections done in the beaches area. Without the ability to drive when receiving these injections, SE-Ortho makes it very difficult for handicapped seniors to minimize difficulty when getting these regular injections in west Jacksonville. This in no way detracts from Dr Colllier's outstanding performance.

Doctor Collier is the best.

This is a brilliant doctor who is extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything that can cause spinal problems. He is an excellent diagnostician with a vast array of treatment modalities to offer for any condition. Dr. Collier listens carefully, answers every question thoroughly, doesn't rush the patient and imbues such a sense of trust in his expertise. I am so happy and grateful for having found Dr. Collier to help me with my back and my neck!!!

I have been suffering with severe neck pain since September 2021 With no help from other Doctors. January a friend told me about Dr. Collier I was able to call and have an appointment in less than 2 weeks. I was able to finally have an MRI, that showed I have herniated disc’s. With in a short time I was able to have injections ( that we are still waiting to see if they helped.) I WILL recommend Dr. Collier to everyone. Him and his team have been the best I have ever seen in every way.

Pain management doctor that offered no pain relief today but instead told me I had to come back in a week or two. Waste of copay, time and most importantly pain for me. I gained nothing from this experience. Doc is nice tho and his assistant was very nice. Very disappointed.

Excellent facet injection procedure. Explains all aspects. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr.Frank Collier is one in a few doctors that truly has empathy for his patients in pain ,he listens and will discuss all options in your care .I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with pain management.

Dr. Collier is extremely kind and caring. He previously worked on my neck with great success, so I'm really hopeful that my sciatica treatment will be equally successful!

Quick, easy and painless. Little to no wait time He was great

I have had excruciating pain in my lower back, neck and knees for several months. The otho doctors I have seen have been a dead end with no answers. Today I saw Dr. Collier, he addressed everything going on intelligently and at a level I understood. I finally feel that I may have a road to getting my life, sleep and golf game back.

He was very caring with the process and made me feel comfortable. His assistant(dont know name) another gentleman was VERY SWEET!! He talked me through everything and made sure i was OK before and after.

Dr. Collier explains everything completely. Both the cause of the pain as well as the recommended treatment. He has helped me so much!

Excellent service from Dr Collier and staff. Less than a half an hour from checking in until walking out. Very professional and I would recommend to family , friends and neighbors.

Terrible visit. I left with no understanding of my pain except that "it will get worse and you will be asking for steroids in a month". I went into the appointment saying I wanted more information and to remain conservative in treatment. I was pushed to have injections and when I declined his whole attitude changed. He was belittling me and continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain/ask questions. I felt like I was a paycheck and not a patient. My needs or concerns were not considered. It's as if he felt he knew what was best for me over what I considered to be best for myself. I say all this to say the lack of bedside manner or genuine care was alarming for a physician. I do work with physicians and have never been treated that way. I won't be returning to Collier.

This visit was a final one following a neck strain. Dr. Collier provided appropriate treatment and offered follow-on care if it becomes needed in the future. I am satisfied with the outcome.
