Wonderful staff and very professional.

Dr. Chen and his team are the absolute best ever! I had some work done recently at his office and I have to admit I was initially petrified at the mere thought of it all. I needed to have a root canal on one tooth, a front lower tooth that was crowded out of alignment pulled and a new bridge installed. Dr. Chen put me at ease from the get go and was careful, calm and skillful as he explained each procedure, made sure I didn’t feel any pain and performed each procedure as he went along. I highly recommend Dr. Chen as he changed my experience of visiting the dentist from an anxiety provoking event into a place to go for gentle, knowledgeable care by him and his whole crew. Mary, his receptionist, is wonderful. She is flexible with scheduling appointments, kind and efficient and will happily call me the day before an appointment to confirm it with me. I just love my smile now with that beautiful bridge in place of that crooked tooth that was there before. I just love that I found such a wonderful dental office. Dr. Chan was amazing I was extremely nervous and scared but he made me feel super comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this dentist and will be coming back.

I’ve been going to this dentist since I was a kid and in my opinion they are the best. They listen to you when you have a problem, they are fast and efficient. I come here to get all my teeth work done and I really like the staff they’re more than helpful and I never leave here disappointed. Highly recommend 5/5

All I can say is Dr. Chen was an absolute life saver. On very short notice he was able to do an exam, recommend treatment, and a short time later perform a root canal and crown for a tooth that was ruining my life. Thank you so much Dr. Chen ! Great care ! Great team !

Best dentist ever imo! Sweet, kind, he cares, makes me feel safe at a dentist, which is first time ever for me. Both me and my sister go to him, and have for months now. Highly recommend!!

I had a good experience here. Very friendly people, I felt comfortable the whole time that I was there. Been seeing the doctor for at least 20 years. If you don't need the work he won't do it. I've gone to others and they somehow always find something but not Dr. Chen. So I came back to him after attempting to switch.

Highly recommend Frank Chen at bright dental, I have a lot of issues with my teeth and he always finds the best solution for my problems. Dr. Chen has been our family Dentist for years. Our three kids have been seeing him since they were 5 until now the oldest one is 25 years old. We love his caring, gentle, and patience. His priorities are safety and comfort. We love his numbing technique without feeling anxiety. He’s also quick to respond when you’re in pain. We love his professionalism and his assistants as well. Recommended by my daughter pediatrian, this was her 1st dentist appt and I was very nervous. Was greeted by the women at the front desk so respectful and welcoming!! My daughter warmed up after seeing how sweet she was. We got pulled right in and saw Suzie the dental assisant which was the best! My daughter loved her and she was so gentlel! Such a fantastic dentist. I have high anxiety with getting any work done on my teeth and he was able to do all of the work with almost no pain at all. Absolutely magical. Its now been a few days and my teeth never even had the deep throbbing pain that usually accompanies root canal procedures. He was very very attentive to my body movements; to check with me if I was in pain while he was working on me. Such a fantastic dentist. I have been to Bright Dental for several years and every time the staff are welcoming and provide high quality dental care. The dentist and staff are extremely knowledgeable and answer concerns. I usually get teeth cleaning here and the staff make sure that I am comfortable during the procedure. I have also gotten tooth extractions here before and felt at ease. The facility is also impeccably clean and it’s nice that this office is open and well sanitized during this pandemic. They also do temperature checks when you walk in. Overall, five stars! My first time in the office the staff was very nice & time went by super fast, I had my 4 yr old and 2yr & myself getting checked up and the staff were super amazing to them made us feel very welcoming and comfortable to be examend. Forsure would recommened for anyone, Very family friendly .
