Frank David Barranco

Correction to name - it is F. David Barranco. I was referred to Dr. Barranco by an excellent neurologist who described him as a wonderful surgeon as well as as good a neurologist as anyone around. My experience with him, including a surgical procedure that was a redo, and therefore more prolonged and difficult than usual, has been very positive and gratifying. I have since sent several patients to him with identical results. He is truly excellent as both a surgeon and a gentleman.

Didn’t help me in the slightest. Only thing I got out of him was a huge bill. So frustrating! Even after taking a test he wanted me to take, didn’t get the results until a month later. Not impressed.

Dr Barranco was the only way I was able to deal with the diagnosis of my brain tumor. My wife and had no idea what we were going to do. Dr Barranco staff was just as caring as he was.. I finished up radiation just over a week ago. I was diagnosed on April 13 and surgery was on May 3rd. I'm almost through with this hick-up and ready to put behind me. I don't believe that our Doctor 'a and their staff are given enough credit for helping us when we call. Thank you, J Perry and family

I just wanted to add more to Dr Barrancos survey that I already wrote: I had my last post op end of May 2017. On most days I am 100% and feel great! I had my surgery 1st week of Feb. He is kind and does care about his patients. As far as I am concerned he is the BEST!!!!! Now, I hadn't had any injury to my back so I know that helped me, I was just loosing the use of my left leg because the nerves were being crushed by the spine being messed up. He is a great surgeon!! With a herniated disk in my neck and extreme arm pain, I was told I needed surgery. We had already tried physical therapy and steroid injections. I contacted Barrow and they matched me with Dr. Barranco and I was thrilled. Within days of dropping off my MRI, they were able to fit me in. Within a week of seeing him, I had surgery. Dr. Barranco's staff and himself were very thorough and caring through the entire process. I am 7 weeks healing and I cannot thank him enough. Thank you!

Dr. Barranco is a skilled surgeon. He and his team do an outstanding job of explaining and following up on their procedures. The entire experience from his team through the hospitalization was first-rate. There was no Detail it was not handled perfectly.

My surgery was extremely successful. Dr. Barranco and his team are professional, courteous and pay attention to the patient's needs. I'm more than happy with the staff and the quick recovery from my spine surgery.
