If you need a well educated and pleasant doctor who listens and offers incredible insight, Dr Archer is the man. The staff at Hillside Medical Clinic were also top notch and absolutely pleasant to deal with.
I must have bad luck with this office since this has happened twice. Waited over and hour. The provider never came in to see me. I left the second time. I requested my copay be refunded. No apology. Didn’t ask if I wanted or needed to reschedule. I’ll never go back.

Amazing doctor. Very experienced, and exceptional bedside manner. Always a great experience.
Dr Archer and his nurse practitioner were great. I was scheduled and they saw me addressed my symptoms and when we were getting ready to leave heard my 12 yr old daughters cough. They asked if it would be alright to listen to her lungs. She ended up w an antibiotic as well and I’m grateful for them saving us a visit and getting us on the road to health. We will definently be returning as needed to see Dr Archer.

I would like to give my review of a very fine Doctor in Spanish Fork UT. I have been going to Dr. Frank Archer for three years and it’s nice to have a Doctor who will take the time to explain and talk about your health in a way that you know he is concerned for you and your problem. It’s great to have a Doctor you can get in to see incase of an emergency and not have to wait and wait to get in to see him. And I would like to also complement his teem. (( 5 Stars )) to all. Dr. Archer's Office is great, always easy to get an appointment. Takes his time and makes sure he understands everything, not just a speedy 15 min appointment, really takes time to listen.
I called the office after 5:30. Dr. Archer answered the phone himself and told me all of his staff had gone home for the night and that their office closes at 5. I then told him how my fiance was needing a doctor because we believed he had the flu. Dr. Archer invited us done to his office. He did everything by himself and made sure that my fiance was taken care of. I appreciate him so much! It's not often you can find a doctor to stay after hours for a patient he had never met. Dr. Archer was really great. I needed to switched physicians and wasn't sure who to see. I called, scheduled an appointment, and got in soon. He is friendly and most importantly he listens to me. New family dr. for all of our needs!

Dr Archer is a kind, caring, and often funny man. He takes time to listen to your concerns and really work with you on what your condition might be. He always is willing to help.
Dr. Archer is a pro. Very knowledable and cares aboit how you arw doing. He does not run it like a business but like a family. Very happy here.
