Frank P Alabiso

I am not sure where to start but I will say that Frank Alabiso's resume is far beyond his actual accreditations, qualifications and knowledge. He makes a living off of destroying families and children's lives by writing custodial evaluations based on junk science that recommend putting innocent children in horrible situations and parents in heart wrenching positions. These 'reports' he writes are extremely bias with lies in them which he falsifies information told to him. Alabiso is a thief, charging families an arm and a leg to do all of this. His services are usually court ordered by judges, law guardians and lawyers whom he is personally and politically connected to. They assist him in getting away with this corrupt career. Frank Alabiso needs to be held accountable for writing untruthful, flawed junk that is negatively effecting the lives of families and more importantly children. Life long negative effects.

No One Better. Dr. Alabiso is a "Gift" to those in need, and those with whom he counsels. Seems negative comments, only reflect those with whom have disagreed with his judgement and decisions with Child Custody, period. If you have the grave misfortune of being forced to see Frank Alabiso, run! Do whatever possible to avoid seeing him for any type of evaluation. This man is so unscrupulous, dishonest, and incompetent, it is surprising he has not been censured by his peers. He is a disgrace to his profession. In a recent evaluation, he was totally deceived by a raging, raving narcissistic sociopath who manufactured and lied repeatedly about a 20 year marriage and parenting history. In the face of physical evidence--photos, texts, volumes of other written and verbal evidence, as well as eye witness accounts---this so-called professional believed the lying narcissist's you outrageous and unimaginably bizarre stories. In this case, the narcissist was allowed to suggest witnesses to corroborate his false narrative who were primed and coaxed by him prior to their interviews. These witnesses were not actually close to the wife or the family. Only witnesses chosen by Alabiso himself were contacted to collaborate the wife’s story. One person Alabiso interviewed by phone had to be contacted again. On the second phone call, Alabiso told her he could not remember their conversation nor could he read his notes taken during the initial interview. After approximately 10 hours of interviews centered around marriage and parenting history, this man dared to suggest a very serious psychological diagnosis of the wife using a term that has not been used since publication of the DSM 4TR in 2000. In addition, the office handled privacy matters cavalierly at best. In fact, their disclosure of one client's contact information to the other after repeated requests by the woman to keep that information private for her own safety showed an incredible level of mismanagement. When questioned about it, the secretary denied it and then stated it didn’t matter. When a technical support person was consulted to verify that the information had been inappropriately shared, the same secretary apologized profusely, clearly indicating that she had made a grave error in violating confidentiality. This pattern of disregarding appropriate boundaries was common as she also contacted the wife via speaker on the estranged husband's phone to schedule an appointment. When the wife declined to do so in this public manner, the secretary reported that she was being uncooperative. The end result of this so called evaluation costing tens of thousands of dollars was that it was deemed useless in the case. Even the opposing side determined that the content of the evaluation was too far fetched to be useful to either side. The fact that our court system still sees fit to use this man in evaluating parental competency when it is clear he is totally incompetent and unethical is appalling. Bottom line, do whatever it takes to avoid having anything at all to do with this unscrupulous disgrace to the community of professional psychologists.

Politically motivated. Period. Avoid. Or lose your kids.
