I like Dr. Roux very much. We have a wonderful visit every time. She is very professional, caring and explains things very well to me. She makes sure I understand everything she is explaining. I feel very comfortable with her.

Dr Roux is a very caring physician. She listens intently and gives her patients her full attention. I will be referring my sister to her.

My 1st time seeing the Dr. She was referred to me by my PCP. Felt comfortable with both her exam and conversation as well as taking her time and being honest and upfront about my concerns, mainly Fibromyalgia and all my issues. We discussed our next move, with some prescriptions. I look forward to feeling better and my follow appointment!

This was my first visit with Dr. Roux. She answered all of my questions and I did my best to answer hers. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Her questions were certainly thorough and pertinent and I appreciated her concerns with the data printout from my CPAP. As a result, I’m looking forward to a new sleep study. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Roux.

Edit: Dr. Roux is great. She's fantastic. What I have the issue with is the office. The office does not give a response or call back for medication needed authorization for from pharmacy. Sent 2 in the last 3 weeks but no response. This has happened MULTIPLE times. If you're a patient that needs regular medication refill authorization, be aware, you might have to be out of it for A WHILE. Edit: Dr. Roux is great. She's fantastic. Dr. Roux has always been very insightful and encouraging in working with me and making sure I'm comfortable with the decisions she makes. The office staff is also very helpful, as when they recently were able to schedule a last-minute appointment for me to meet an unexpected insurance company deadline.

I went to see Dr Roux for a first appointment. I have stage 4 COPD and on oxygen. I heard great reviews from other providers about her. My appointment was for 115 and by 115 I was in the exam room. Had vitals taken and short medical interview by a medical tech. Dr Roux showed up approx 15 minutes later. As she did her medical evaluation she did not listen to what i had to say. She was rushed and preoccupied. She was also looking at her watch several times. I finally asked her if she had to be somewhere else and she actually said yes she was late for another appointment. I probably would not have posted a review as I had already decided I would not go back to her, but she had order arterial blood gas test on me. I had the test done on Saturday July 3rd. I waited until Tuesday before i called the office as no results had shown up on their medical portal. I left a message for her medical assistant to call me. Again I called and left a message on Thursday. Today Friday I called several times and no one would answer the phone, I finally pushed the code as if I was a physician or hospital sure enough they answered on the 2nd ring. I told the lady about my concerns and she was very rude and stated well you know we have not had any phone service for over a week...Sorry I dont believe her as I had left two voice messages, and her attitude was as I said very rude. I think as a new patient and having been sent for a important test as ABG's that someone should have the common sense to call me and spend 2 minutes to tell me if they are normal or not. I went for my first visit for COPD. She was only concerned with my sleep apnea. She asked if I snored and I said no and then found on the portal that she said I was a loud snorer. She also kept looking at her watch so I joking asked if I was keeping her from something and she said yes her next patient. She was at least 15 minutes late in coming into my room and didn't answer my concerns. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Dr. Roux is a warm, understanding doctor. She reviews all necessary issues.

Doctor Roux, is very efficient in giving me results of the current chart she had with all my cpap info. This was my first time with her and felt her not as pleasant as some of the other doctors I deal with. Mayby because it was my first visit with her. I used to have Dr. Troy.

Dr. Roux was an exceptional physician. She was was sensitive to my condition and asked probing questions that were not invasive but reached the heart of the matter. It is important for me to establish a trusting relationship with my physician. AT the end of my telemed interview with Dr. Roux I feel very satisfied that I was in good hands. She asked detailed questions and made sure that was comfortable regarding course of treatment. She answered my questions with in c;ear, precise statements. making sure that I understood what she was saying. She has excellent dos tor/patient rapport.
