The wait time here is absurd. Every time I take my grandmother to just a regular check up. Instead of it being a 1hr maybe 1:30 appointment. It’s just over an hr alone for the wait time to see the doctor. It’s ridiculous! It’s literally over a four hr appointment every time for her.

Do NOT go here! The building is disgusting. The front desk people are extremely rude, especially Debbie! They refused to see me for my appointment not once but TWICE due to their mistake of not requesting my medical records! They didn’t even call to reschedule they waited until I left and came up there for my appointment to tell me that. Then when I asked about it Debbie was extremely rude and had a bad attitude! I’m sorry if I get the wrong name but from my understanding her name is Debbie, she sits in a brown desk behind the windows. SHE HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. I spoke to her friendly and she answered with the most nasty attitude of all. She’s there to help people when they have questions not to get rude. If you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on patients coming in. The rest of the staff are sweet and friendly but this lady, no. Horrible attitude.

If you make an appointment for a specific time, it should be kept by the doctor. I don't like waiting more than 30 minutes for a 5 minute discussion, especially when I have an infant. I shouldn't have to wait 5 hours in the waiting room and then another hour and a half to be seen.
