This clinic is a total SCAM, taking advantages of people during pandemic. Went to this clinic to perform COVID test, got charged $120 upfront, my insurance paid them $200 for testing as well, covered 100%. Maria from billing refused to refund my money despite me calling several times, my insurance called her several times, still no result of getting my money back. She keeps adding services provided to me by Dr Franck Belibi, when I have never seen any doctors during my visit there, I did not even go in the facility, was taken to a shed next to the building, spent few minutes for a test with a nurse who took my money and left. I already reported them to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. DO NOT go to this clinic!!! This clinic does not even deserve a single star. I had to give them one, as I would not be able to submit this review.

HE CALLED ME A MANIPULATOR He is the type of doctor that gives the medical profession and especially Christianity a bad name. I have no reason to lie. A doctor has to have humanity, love and compassion to pass as being human and he possesses none of those traits. This place treats you like CRAP and labels you automatically as a manipulative addict if you are UNFORTUNATE enough that you have to take pain meds. I personally have lived with back pain for 18 months to try avoid pain pills. It got to be too much. So I started opioids for back pain temporarily while my spine injections are set to begin and a weight loss regimen begins. Franck Belibi wrote me a weeks worth of medicine and said he’d see me the next week. I came in 5 days later because I was going on a trip for July 4th AND I was chewed out for making my appointment 2 days early. I told him I’d be leaving town and he didn’t care and caused me to postpone my trip to the mountains by a day for 4th of July. He then wrote me a month supply of pills after that visit after making me come back after 2 days. Over the 4th of July weekend, my child was snorkeling and almost drown. I wasn’t swimming and had the pills on me. I jumped in the water, got my son out and saw the medicene bottle floating in the water with the pills partially destroyed and soaked. I called his office and they told me to come in. For integrity and character, I brought in the almost full bottle to turn in so he’d see I wasn’t lying because I know how restricted opioids are. He said he wouldn’t do anything, that it was my fault. He said I was lucky there were some left, he didn’t care about the bottle to verify the count. I had enough. I called a couple clinics and told them what happened and I wanted to transfer. To my surprise both new clinics asked how my son was doing. They asked if the Dr even cared about my son or situation and I realized he didn’t. I had to make an appointment for a referral.Belibi said I didn’t need an appointment for them to transfer information. I called back the new clinic and they said your doctor must write a referral. Dr. Belibi then continued to tell me how wrong because I didn’t use the word “referral”, I told him I’m not a doctor and to excuse me for using incorrect terminology. Again this is in front of all patients and staff. He then told me that I’m a manipulator and know what to say to get pain pills. “You’re calling me a liar” I asked? He said, it’s strange I know what to say and I was manipulating him and the system. Yes he called me a manipulator. He didn’t suggest it or say I had the behavior of a manipulator. He called me a MANIPULATOR. Though I brought in the prescription itself to turn in and scheduled an appt 2 days too he called me a manipulator. After I thanked him for not even asking about my son, and he called me a MANIPULATOR and that I was abusing the system I called him an a$$hole that needs to learn about patient care. He then THREW MY FILE AT ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT WRITE A REFERRAL. He can freely insult and accuse others but he can’t take the truth. If I wasn’t Christian myself, I wouldn’t have to call him out as a fake that treats patients like scum.

At the clinic he is located you will always wait over an hour even if you are on time. He will spend less than 5 minutes diagnosing and talking to you. I had to suggest to him that I wanted an MRI as he was leaving. Even if you have had the proper medical tests at other facilities he will make you waste your time and take them again at their facilities. This enables them to recieve more money from insurance. Bad people skills, bad business practices and bad doctor.

Actually he sat on his cell phone. He lectured me on my 1st visit for being on clonzapans for almost 4 years in a few days over my brothers death. He said he was going to drug test me every week. I have not in my life had walked in that building had I known. I looked him up because I am seeking a attorney and reporting him to the state board. At one point I said officer. I got my daighter vaccines done today. The nurse needs to figure out how to do her job. She double punctured one of them and moved it around in a circular fassion. Im not very happy.

What a horrible experience they took my 20$ copay and I was dehumanized and told I had some other MO other than seeking help all because I wanted a second opinion from my first one. Not very helpful and seemed to just want to make sure they can take my money.

HORRIBLE! Made an appointment weeks in advance. Showed up at the appointment time. Sat in a waiting room forever, told myself if I was sitting around for more than an hour from the appointment time I’d leave. AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER NOTHING so I walked right out of there and never plan of going back everrr again!

If I could give a 0 for this guy and the office, I would. My partner and I went in because we both needed a Primary, and needed consistency with our meds and their refills. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this guy switched my medications, without even consulting me(which I refused to take because the side effects are horrid) and when the nurses took my blood sugar, they actually ended up bruising my finger pretty bad(which has never happened before) and when drawing my blood, had to poke me, multiple times just to get my vein which has never been an issue. As for my Partner? He refused to fill her weight loss medication, saying her insurance didn't cover it(which was a lie because she had been on it for over 6 months, and all he had to do was fill out a PA because she took it for something other than and ADHD. Then didn't give her the blood pressure medication she needed regularly, along with a few other meds she's on. To top it. He didn't do the PA for her birth control for abnormal bleeding, but instead just did the lowest dose actual birth control. Both of us have never been more insulted by a doctor in our lives, and if you can find a different place to go with your insurance, do it! Don't go to this guy unless you really are desperate, because he is a horrible Doctor. If I could give a 0 for this guy and the office, I would. This clinic is the worst , the Dr . Does not care about the patience and you will wait an hour after your scheduled appointment everytime. Please stay away, this Grace Clinic gives the worst care I've ever seen. I'm never going back spent 2 years here as a patience and it's gotten worse every time I've been back.

Couldn't agree more with the other reviewer. I've been here 3 times as this was he closest place that took my insurance. Having had multiple back surgeries I came for help managing pain. He never once examined me, he always spent less than 5 minutes with me, and told me someone my age (mid 20s) shouldn't me in so much pain. I was made to take (and pay for) a drug test, even though he hadn't prescribed any drugs aside from ibuprofen, which I could have got OTC. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want a doctor to take your health seriously. Couldn't agree more with the other reviewer. I have been coming here for years, Dr. B is a good guy.

I have never had a bad experience. I have been going to Dr Belibi since I moved to Denver. (Almost 3 years) First off the building is beautiful and clean.When I call, I get an appointment very quickly ,usually within a couple days, when I arrive the girls at the front desk are super nice.Then I’m taken back usually within 10-15 min, the nurses are great as well. The doctor comes in We talk about what’s wrong. He takes blood, runs tests, makes referrals if needed and prescribes proper medication, then I walk to the end of the hall to pick up my meds. How much better could it be? My daughter goes to see Mrs Dr. Belibi and she always gives excellent care too. All in all it’s a great experience I have never had a bad experience. Doesn't examine his patients if have new pain complaint or injury. Typecast patients and has no empathy for them.

His medicine is questionable. As an older patient with too much experience in doctors' offices, I will state clearly, I do not trust his medicine. When I have to suggest to a doctor that I receive physical therapy post-injury, I begin to have serious doubts. The office staff is inexperienced, which causes problems at times. Further, this physician was driving and had a hit-and-run accident, yet managed to keep his license. I am changing doctors right now.

Not really sure if he's a good doctor or not, but I do know he's a very rude person who's at times completely incompetent as well as his entire staff. I go to Dr. Belibi for suboxone, so I don't know about his nephrology qualifications, but as a suboxone patient I feel like I'm treated like a lower class person. He's shown his incompetence too many times for me to list with this character limit for this survey. DONT GO TO HIM FOR SUBOXONE TREATMENT!!!'
