Dr. Francisco Jesus Vera Adames

This is the worst doctor's office, would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABANDONED AS A PATIENT. We have been trying to call the office to get a prescription refill for 2 days, called the office at least 10 times each day all during business hours and every time we got an automated message saying the office is closed. Had to use their "after hour" operator service to leave messages for the office, even when we called at 10am, 11am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. Got the operator 2-3 times and the office has not called back. HOW ARE YOU RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS?! WHAT IF YOUR PATIENCE NEEDS LIFE SAVING MEDICATION THAT YOU WILL NOT RESPOND TO OR CALL BACK?!

I had a tele appt. He was on time and asked all the appropriate questions about my problem. After telling him my symptoms and answering all his questions we decided I had a UTI. He asked for my pharmacy and sent in my prescription. I am pleased to say that 5 days later I am feeling fine and will finish my course of antibiotics.

It was professional, organized and efficient. I received the feedback from the doctor that I needed. The staff was helpful and straightforward.

Muy atento y servicial

Visited Dr. Vera for my annual physical on 12/27/21. The one star is because he doesn't listen to his patient's concerns. I gave a urine sample in the restroom for the nursing staff to pick up and test. When the urine analysis results did not come back. I sent a message to Dr. Vera about why the urine analysis results were not available. Dr. Vera responded back by saying that the urine screening is not recommended because of some USPSTF guidelines. All the doctors I saw before did a urine analysis as part of the annual physical which is a standard test that experienced doctors do all the time and its results are used for additional investigation if need be. I could have given Dr. Vera a better review had he simply requested I come back to the clinic and do a urine analysis, however, he was arrogant enough to simply cite the USPSTF as his reason for not doing the test. Not sure how Dr. Vera got these good ratings, but for me, he is not worth it!! My recommendation is to STAY AWAY!!!

Front office is always polite and courteous(Lorena is always a pleasant person to speak with and always helpful) Dr Adame is polite, courteous, and listens to your concerns. He treats you as a person not as a number. He explains himself in a manner which is easy to understand m not using medical terms which can confuse a person I feel at ease when I am conversing with him.

All my visits are great..customer service is amazing .Mrs.Lorena does an awesome .. from checking me inn to making sure I have all my paperwork signed , to giving me my appt for my follow .. love the environment..

Dr. Adames is a very kind, attentive physician. He is great at explaining things, takes the time to listen to concerns, and is compassionate in his care. He does not rush to prescribe medications if they're not necessary, but will also stress the importance of taking them when they are necessary. He has seen all members of my family, and has been wonderful with all of us. I highly recommend him for family healthcare needs.

The front office was very pleasant and courteous, answering any questions I had. I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr. Vera. He listened to my concerns and needs and helped me come to a treatment plan I was comfortable with. I would recommend this office and Dr. Verato anyone looking for a new doctor!

Dr. Vera Adames is a very kind, sensitive Dr. ready to listen, and attentive to your medical needs. I received a short yet powerful education in one of my medical conditions, which lead to the realization of the need to use the medication for it. Out of the rutinary "10 minutes care" took his time to listen, assess and advise my problem. 10 Points to him. Good Doctor

He's really wonderful, kind and takes his time, asking questions, very accommodating. The staff seems disorganized and at least two staff asked me if I was a new patient and didn't have my records even though I've seen this doctor for a year or two and had been in 3 months before. Their portal doesn't work for me somehow; they don't answer there phones, I got a medicine that made me sick and couldn't get through to anyone in the office, no call back from the nurse until I left a message for the person in charge of the clinic itself and finally the nurse got back to me, this was days later, and me without medicine. When I talked to the doctor about this he didn't know anything about it. Granted I'm in my 60's and used to a family doctor that's a whole different thing than what there is today but still would expect better. Friendly staff but clueless not instilling confidence whatsoever, though the lab people seem very competent.

DR. VERA IS VERY NICE AND ATTENDS TO YOUR NEEDS THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL.

Great bedside manner. Dr Vera takes his time in speaking with you. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Both Dr. Vera and staff are always there to help patients and go far beyond the norms to ensure that all patients are taken care of, highly recommended

Great doctor

We visited him for my son's cough, and a couple weeks later we got a bill with $208, no X-ray or any special test. What a rip off! On the medication he prescribed for my 4 years old son, it is saying if you feel upset or depressed please stop and advise doctor immediately. My son is just 4 years old! So disappointed and i wish i can give 0 star.

He is very nice and does not rush you out of his office. He listens to you and what your symptoms and complains are. I would highly recommend Dr. Vera Adames.

Dr. Vera and his staff are awesome! He answers all my questions and is very thorough. They always treat my kids with tender loving care. Because they really do care! I am always pleased with my experiences with Dr. Vera and his staff.

Excellent physician who takes the time needed to address all concerns. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes once I arrive to my appointments. Dr. Vera honestly cares about his patients and promotes quality healthcare with the goal of treating all medical issues with his patients to insure quality of life. Dr. Vera honestly cares about all his patients. I made the right decision in allowing him to take care of my healthcare needs.

Too long waiting

This man passed judgment on me without knowing me from Adam. I went to see him because I needed medication refilled . While there, I jokingly said that what the hospital finally hit on for my pain for kidney stones was wonderful. To that he replied " it was wonderful to be high and the insurance paid for it?" Well actually no , I did not have insurance. I've taken the same meds for over a decade , one which is for nausea and have never used illegal drugs. It was a joke. Has no right to judge me

Dr. its a very warmth and professional doctor, and all his personell also. I hope I could keep this Dr and his office for a long long time, its hard to find this cordial and hospitality and caring as he and he's personell is.

He rocks! Love the facility as well. Everyone is cool.

Dr Vera does not care about your problems and if you are late forget it he will never see you.

Dr. Vera is very nice and listens to my health concerns. The only complaint at this time is about the nurse that draws blood, but she may have been replaced by now.

I just love Dr. Francisco Vere, He was very carrying, I asked questions and he answered me quickly. I felt like he was eager to see fit the need. I felt better when I left.

As an Adult, Dr. Francisco Vera has been the best doctor for me! I had been having stomach pain for 2 1/2 years, and my previous Dr. I felt my voice was unheard so I changed to Dr. Vera. We scheduled an ultra sound the very next week and found out I had gall stones. What a relief to put name on why I had been hurting. Dr. Vera listens to my concerns and we talk about what solutions could work. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thanks for all you do Dr. Vera

I like Dr. Vera he is real easy to talk too, he tells you what you need to know to help you get better and its up to you to follow the instructions. As far as the staff goes, I've never had any problems with getting appoinments schedule and seeing the doctor.

Dr. Vera has a pleasant personality and provides very good feedback. I like his philosophy of disease and injury prevention when possible and his avoidance of drugs when appropriate.

Myself and my husband are new patient of Dr.Vera . He was very professional took his time with our visit answered all questions also provided the best medicine for us . All staff were nice and courteous and wait time was not long at all.

Dr Vera is a thorough internist. He listens to his patients and recommends the best course of treating his patience. A good Doctor.

Great doctor

Dr. Vera is a great doctor that really cares for his patients and calls directly with results and plan to help you get better. He also does his best to get you in for the same day appointment. Love this doctor and wouldn't? change him for anyone else.

Had an excellent experience with Dr. Vera and his nurses. Today I was schedule to have a procedure done and was super nerves. Him and his staff made me feel better and with less fear. I highly recommend him. I love the way he treat my kids as well. BEST DOCTOR :)

I just left Dr Vera office he is an excellent doctor. The doctor has a very good bedside manner and excellent skills. The doctor is also very patient, compassionate and understanding. I Have found this practice very helpful, and the doctor very professional !!!

Avoid this clinic if you can. The long wait times are not worth the bad service you get from the staff. Getting someone to pick up my calls was a huge issue I had with the clinic. On multiple occasions I would call the clinic over and over (10 times in a row once!), but no one would answer. One time someone picked up, but they put me on hold and never returned to me, so I had to hang up and call again. I would also have to regularly wait 30 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time.
