5/21, I show up for my scheduled appt and am greeted outside of the door, I am asked the typical COVID questions. She says she will return. After standing outside 20 minutes later with my oxygen tank, I call the office and ask how long it will be before receptionist will return and offer to wait in the car. Receptionist on phone, takes my cell # to call me when it is my turn- what for? Because several minutes later, I see receptionist looking-for someone. I call the office & learn she is looking for me. To tell me that my appointment is cancelled because Dr. Remy requires post-COVID patients be negative a min. of 6 wks- I was short 1 week and that they couldn't verify my results w/ hosp. Why didn't they verify these details with me when I scheduled the appt? She saw my hospital records when I initially called..I took the time off from work, I already missed over 30 days of work and why not ask me where I was tested instead of assuming it was @ the hospital.
