I had back pain first and went to see him, he suggested few options and now I am pain free. I then went back to him several months later for a neck pain and he also took care that for me. I am now completely pain free!!

I truly feel that this Dr only was interested in making me better. He explained everything without worrying about the length of appointment. I like him very much but best of all I feel 90% better then when I walked in there.

Dr. Delvalle is a qualified pain management physician. His office staff are incompetent and do not follow through with insurance precertifications. I have been waiting over two months for a scheduled procedure which has not received any support from Dr. Delvalle or his staff. He should hire competent individuals to manage his office. Dr. Delvalle needs to be more actively engaged in the clinical review process. I am puzzled as to how someone as qualified as him has such a poor office staff.

Do yourself a favor and use another doctors office. They are beyond unprofessional and lazy. It seems like he hires people with no experience. I called twice to check about scheduling my second epidural and they kept telling me they were waiting for authorization from my insurance which was a lie. I called my insurance and was told they never even received anything for an authorization. You will wait over an hour for an appt. when you get to the office. I will never refer this office to anyone.
