Dr. Castillos was exceptional in explaining my osteoporosis, and he took a great deal of time in answering all my questions. On my most recent visit for a Prolia injection, the staff saw me immediately, and I was out of the office in record time. I appreciated the care that I received from both Dr. Castillos as well as his staff. They were great!!!!

Dr Castillos did his homework before meeting with me, ie, he read the notes from my referring doctor. He made an educated guess on what may be affecting me. He was very positive & explained things well. Upon my follow-up appointment after he conducted more tests, he gave me the bottom line results right away which I appreciated. Fortunately for me he just wants to check me in 6 months to monitor my protein levels. Highly recommend him!

My experience at this location was amazing from the front desk all the way to all the girls working. Very professional they do labs at the office they got my low iron from 8 to 12 and just three iron infusions I definitely could tell a difference my energy overall I feel like a new person

Dr. Castillos is amazing. On out first visit he listened and heard what was going on with my 17 year old daughter. He immediately got her scheduled for a port and since her port and regular infusions, my daughter's quality of life has improved 100%. His whole practice is a blessing and the vibe and atmosphere is consistently amazing!

Dr . Castillo is an excellent doctor , super profesional and really guide us threw this hard time . We are super gratefull for his attention on detail . Will recommend him to anyone .

Dr.Castillos and his staff is one of the best to be welcomed by. With healthcare how it is in today’s world they definitely help you find a light in the dark! Would recommend to EVERYONE!

Dr.Castilo's office is so much more efficiently run than any infusion center or hematologist office I've been to in the past. Easy to get in quickly and no need to drive all the way to Duke in Durham anymore!

Dr Castillo’s, at one time took very good care of me. I see him approximately every 3 months. At first he spent a lot of time and concern with patients but now he is too busy. I owe Dr Castillo’s $452 , I went in for a blood draw and paid $50 on my bill. They refused to see me unless I could pay half. I couldn’t but said I would pay half at the first of the month and was told I could see him then. I recognize that I owe him but most physicians would write a letter to their patients concerning this but they did not. They waited until I was in their office. I consider this to be rude and unprofessional. Not only that but I am symptomatic being short of breath, unsteady, forgetful and in more pain and knowing that sent me away. I prefer to go to a more compassionate person who “does no harm” than see someone this money hungry. He sees many for chemo, my problems are less than theirs. The doctor and staff were very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very pleasant and made me feel at ease since I was. 1st time patient. He took the time to find out about my family medical history and to explain certain facts about my condition.

I have had several very good visits with Dr Castillos and his excellent staff. He is very informative, his staff are all so nice, and his office is beautiful and clean.

At first I was very impressed with him. I had a problem with my insurance so owed him money. I made 3 payments and got the bill down to 452. I asked to speak with the office manager and she would not talk to me. I see him only when I am symptomatic with shortness of breath, feeling like I can’t breath, unsteady on my feet, dizzy and they sent me home anyway. I feel for the people sicker than I. Not only that but the secretary showed me what I owed along with what everyone else owed and I’m pretty sure this is a HIPPA violation. He and his office are more for money and I do not feel they are compassionate to the needs of others. A lot can happen to me in 9 days and others as well. Make sure you have money cause he will drop you without warning. I don’t understand how he can drop care like that.

I was so impressed with Dr Castillos and his practice from ease of making my first appointment and easy check-in with Madison, to on-time appointment, to Nicole taking blood painlessly, to thorough appointment with Dr Castillos. Dr Castillos provided valuable information that I had not received during three hears with prior Oncologist. Dr Castillos will now also be my Primary Care doctor. I feel so fortunate to have discovered Dr Castillos and look forward to many healthy years under his care.

Dr Castillos and his team have given me an improved quality of life that is hard to come by with my disease. He personally explains each procedure and the treatment process with every patient. Dr Castillos doesn't just administer chemotherapy and infusions. He works with each patient to help them with all symptoms of their cancer, or other disease, and with any side effects of the treatment. Very hands on, doesn't pass much off to other staff to do. Explained diagnosis and treatments extremely well. He kept watch, himself, over me and others receiving transfusions, checking on us and offering to get us water or coffee or blankets. No doubt he has genuine care for his patients.
