Dr. Francisco A. Acebo

My wife & I have been patients of Dr. Acebo since 2000. We have always been extremely happy being his patients. He has always been receptive, listens attentively, no matter how many questions we may have and great professional bedside manner. His staff is friendly, helpful always ready to help us out no matter what concerns we have. Cynthia, his office manager has gone above and beyond to assist in every aspect and shows she cares. He Canceled my wife's appointment and abandoned her as his patient after finding out she had applied for Medicaid, even though I was paying him cash previously. His receptionists wouldn't even help or explain anything. I guess it's all about the money they can drain from the insurance. Very sad for a Doctor to be this way. Hopefully he will realize that God sees everything.

Dr. Acebo and his staff are very sweet. Whenever my mom has a problem, they do not hesitate to get her in right away. I'm soo greatful for them!

I highly recommend Dr. Acebo, he is a great physician. I have been going to him for health issues for about 15 years. He is a great human being and is very professional. I have not had any complaints. He goes out of his way to help many who do not have the means of seeing a doctor. His staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Acebo has helped find remedies to all the health scares I have had. Great doctor

I used to recommend him to everyone I knew. Now, it's impossible to get an appointment, get my lab results, or get a call back. Signs say to be patient and the same care and attention will be taken with you, yet after waiting for two hours, a 5 minute visit just doesn't seem worth it. Staff used to be friendly, but I guess the patient load is getting to them, too. If we have a serious, immediate problem, we have to wait a month before we can see him. I guess this doctor needs a decreased patient load, therefore, I will accomodate him. I will be taking my family elsewhere. I agree with this patient and I identified the same problems if I want an appointment, I have to wait two months or pay 500.0 or 600.00 dollars in emergency I used to recommend him to everyone I knew. Very thorough. His office calls me about my results. Have no trouble getting an appointment. Would recommend him but I don't think he is taking new patients.
