I had a consultation with him and he was very pleasant and his staff was very friendly and helpful

Dr. Winski is the absolute best!! On October 3, 2019 I was I dire need of medical attention from result of a work related injury. When arriving at Westchester hospital I was blessed with best doctor in the world to tend to my 2 skinned fingers. It was a bad injury but once Dr. Winski examined me , I knew from that point on I was going to make a full recovery. Very Poor Skills as a Doctor, the staff are very rude and unpleasant. This Dr. is very sneaky and don't give you time to tell him your issues for the visit, he does not care much for his patients. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone - you will be "Butchered" and will have a lot of drama with your visit.

Office full of rude unprofessional people! If I could give you a negative star I would!

Dr. Winski performed my breast reconstruction & when I had issues, he always provided satisfactory explanations. I ended up in the ER in the middle of the night & he responded quickly to take care of me. The staff has always been great to me as well.

This staff is very stiff with patients and mean. They lie and they hold grudges for things that you didn't mean. I had a traumatic experience with this staff and I am very angry about how I was treated at this office.

Dr Winski might be a good plastic surgeon, I do not know. However he is NOT a vein doctor. I would never go back. His methods are barbaric and does not do a good job.

My son had a traumatic injury - Dr came to the emergency room within an hour and did a great job. Office visits he was always pleasant and treated us well.
