Dr Kotzur and staff were kind and tentative that I felt I was in a good place for my health and medical care

Dr. Kotzur and his staff are top notch. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kotzur for the last 25 years and he’s done a great job taking care of me and keeping me healthy.

We have seen Dr. KOTZUR for years. We have received good care and everyone in the office is super nice. I also appreciated that they saw patients during the covid pandemic, with precautions. I know other doctor offices closed or went to telemed. (Video call) keep up the good work guys!

First time seeing Dr.Kotzur was on yesterday 7/19 and I was very satisfied..loved his bedside manner. So glad I made the right decision to go to him.

Nurse and doctor was polite, installations are well, but I got office at 1:30 pm (my appointment was at 2:30) I spent one hour filling papers, writing the same information more than one time and leave the office at 4:30. Too much time to obtain new refills of my prescriptions and lab indications.

Short visit room waits, friendly and courteous staff, and I always get good medical service. ????????

Dr. Kotzur and his staff are awesome. They are very professional and caring.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. The staff are always willing to work with me if I have a problem & need to get a message to my Doctor, need referrals, any urgent needs they work me in. I love that I can talk to a person not a machine. I recommend them.

The staff are very friendly and helpful

First visit with Dr Kotzur and boy did he get the ball rolling. One week later I have a cardiologist appointment and now just waiting for the neurologist and neurosurgeon to call with appointments for them as well. Thank yoú Dr Kotzur!!

Quick, fast, easy, convenient. Great staff, have been with this group for a long time.

Friendly, efficient staff, I've been a patient of Dr. Kotzur for years, and they're always making sure I have a pleasant experience.

Dr.Kotzur is just a wonderful physician that is everything a patient could want in a doctor. He is very polite and takes his time in his visits. Dr. Kotzur makes me feel very comfortable and I can discuss anything with him. He also has a great sense of humor. His receptionist is also a really nice young lady who always greets me by name. Always very informative! I Appreciate how they take care of my parents.

I have been going to Dr Kotzur’s office for many years (possibly more than 25 years) and I have never had any issues. I’ve always been happy with Dr K and his staff. Very professional, kind and mosy importantly a person always the phone. I can get referrals when I need one. Their prompt!!!

My family has used this practice for years the staff as well as Dr. Kotzur are very professional and make you feel comfortable I would recommend this establishment to get the best service!!!

The staff is efficient and friendly. Always a Good experience! Dr. Kotzur is a good listener, and treatment and advice is spot-on!

I have to wait up to an hour and 45 minutes to see the doctor past my appointment time, otherwise it would be 5 stars!

Exceptional quality of service . Very satisfying to receive excellent treatment and care. Doctor takes time to answer all questions I may have and staff members are very helpful and caring .

Every time I visit Dr. Kotzur’s office I feel welcomed and receive the best care. He always addresses all the concerns and issues that I have. His staff is very personable and helpful with providing me with contacts to help solve home care needs.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kotzur for almost a year now. I have not one bad thing to say. He is friendly, kind, and caring. His staff is helpful and always pleasant. I think that’s what we are all looking for, right? My husband has been going to him for 5 years. Glad I made the switch.
