Dr. Francis A Chrzanowski JR.

I have been with Dr. C for years. He gave the hard truth, for me me to make real decisions. His guidance and surgical skill changed my life for the better. The man is my hero!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Chrzanowski's. I would recommend him to my colleagues. Dr. Chrzanowski is very to the point, intelligent and well versed in treatment options/plans.

Dr. C is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. There was absolutely no compassion, and he became more unpleasant that I had done my homework on my condition and had lots of questions. I found this Dr incredibly dismissive and patronizing. He was clueless about some of the potential treatments I wanted to discuss. Eventually he told me I needed to see another surgeon that was more well versed in the other treatments I wanted information on. I can not emphasize enough to avoid this Dr. He's rude and I had NO confidence in him.

Dr. C has been great . I can see why people think he is rude/ angry , but he is just super nonchalant . He is very knowledgeable and I trust his input . A lot of surgeons / doctors have horrible bed side matter .

Dr. C is an awesome doctor, treated me as if I was one of his very own family members, spent time discussing my diagnoses so that I could understand it and gave several options for treatment. He listened and was very caring. I definitely recommend him to anyone !!

Thy worst bed side manner, that even the staff were not shocked when I complained. I explained that I was scared and never had this procedure done before and I’m not looking forward to it, I was returned with a, “yeah take a number.” I had no idea what my procedure would entail because he never explained it to me. I had to ask the medical assistant to explain it to me. This is a doctor who wakes up and just shows up to work, not a doctor who loves his work nor his patients. Save yourself a traumatic experience and find a different doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would. This man has an ugly temper that he brought into the room right from the getgo. He came in completely ignorant of our previous appointment and his own findings (or lack there of) and angry that I chose to do floor therapy with a doctor of my own choosing who is also with North Florida Network. Very sorry I went to him.

Dr.C is the absolute best! He has performed two surgeries on me already and I would not have any one else. He answers all of my questions and spends as much time as needed with me. He and his partner saved my life. He is always just a phone call away and truly cares about his patients. His staff is incredible as well.

We went to Dr. C as a "second opinion" and are so glad we did. My husband was told he was not a candidate for surgery to remove the tumor in his colon. Dr. C looked at the CT scan, discussed the situation with us and was positive that there was no problem in removing this tumor. He used robotics and removed the tumor and 18 inches of colon; reconnected the colon and now all is functioning properly. We asked for a quick surgery since we had wasted precious time with previous dr. Got it set up and done within 2 weeks. My husband is well on the road to recovery now with first follow up visit tomorrow. Thank God for this surgeon. He had no doubt that he could remove this tumor with a good result. So grateful for he and his staff. He made his rounds in hospital as scheduled and was as concerned about what was going on in the recovery as he was in getting the tumor removed. Can't say enough positive about him.

My husband was told he wasn't a candidate for surgery for removing a tumor in his colon. Thankfully we got a second opinion from Dr. C and from the first step into his office he had no doubt that he could remove this tumor. He looked a ct scan on line, answered questions fully and was agreeable to trying to get this tumor out before Christmas. His office pitched right in to help get it all set up and the surgery did happen before Christmas. The dr. used robotic surgery and all went well. Removed a tumor the size of his fist as well as 18 inches of colon. Staples are to be removed soon. Husband is well on his way to recovery. Can say enough positive about this man. God Bless Him.

Dr. Chrzanowski and team performed my surgery for cancer removal. It was done by both laparoscopic and robotic means, which I believe made a tremendous difference in overall recovery. I was well-informed by the surgeon in the weeks leading up to the surgery, including possible complications (of which I had none). The doctor met with me several times, both before and after the operation, and always listened and answered my questions. He was there every day of my hospital stay to check on my status. The hospital provided a wound care nurse to help me, and also a connection to home health care for 3 weeks (covered by Medicare). It will be weeks before anyone is fully recovered after such a surgery and I am well on the way there. Dr. Chrzanowski is a caring and skilled doctor who I am so glad became my surgeon.

Dr. Chrzanowski cured me of a problem I had been dealing with for over 30 yrs . Both he and the staff were great in their treatment before and after my surgery . I will be forever grateful to the Doctor and everyone on the staff . I feel reborn .

very good Doctor. Easy to talk to and very good with my elderly dad. I would highly recommend him.

I was diagnosed with colon cancer and went immediately to see Dr. C. We had a substantive discussion on my options and decided immediate surgery was the best course of action. The surgery was more complicated than expected due to a previous operation but Dr. C was entirely successful. He is a MASTER SURGEON and I would recommend him to ANYONE in need of Colon / Rectal surgery in the Jacksonville area. He gets my HIGHEST PRAISE as a surgical technician and for pre and post surgical care.

He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had. He address all avenues to help you understand what is going on with your health. He help me get through a troubling time in my life. If it wasn't for the insurance (BCBS) problem, I would still be his patient. He listen to me and he would answer my husbands questions so he understand what was going on.
