Francis Xavier Carmody SR.

Dr Carmody has been my primary physician for 25 years, and I fear the day he retires. He is the most caring doctor I have ever known. He is interested in his patients and thorough in his approach to their healthcare. Dr. C is well known and well respected at St. Joseph Medical Center, which ultimately means he can connect you to the very best the hospital has to offer. If you happen to be hospitalized at St. Joe's, you can expect to see Dr. Carmody at your bedside 7:30 each morning. They don't make physicians like him anymore.

I have been with Dr. Carmody since 1974 and will remain a patient until he retires!!! He has always taken his time to diagnosis my complaint. He openly, verbally, 'talks' through the problem and remedies. On numerous occasions he has referred me to surgeons and researched surgeons I expressed interested in - if he was not familiar with them. What else can I say, except he - and his staff - are terrific.
