Dr. Francis G. Alberta

The dr that did my total elbow replacement told me that I needed to look for a Dr that specializes on elbow replacement for further treatment when needed. I came across Dr Alberta on the internet and scheduled an appointment not knowing that I had made the best decision of my life at the moment. I’ve been a patient for over 7 years and on December 2019 I needed surgery. After removing the bone spur and bursitis Dr Alberta made my previous incision look much better. Thank you Dr Alberta for your outstanding professionalism. The office staff is amazing as well.

Office is open, large and inviting. Front staff is personable and friendly. Wait time for Doctor was minimum. He review symptoms , test results and offered options for me. Since I didn’t require surgery he explained what I could do as I wait for the healing. Unfortunately, the healing could take up to 18 months total. Good news Doctor said to call if I need anything. He is personable and understands the patient and made me feel at ease and in good hands.

Dr Alberta performed a full left shoulder replacement January 2021 & a full Right shoulder replacement September 2021 on me. He is the best Doctor for this job. I never experienced any pain at all. He is a miracle doctor. I would recommend him to everyone that needs shoulder surgery or has any shoulder problems.I can’t stop thanking him.I have full range of motion with both shoulders.

Dr Alberta is the best surgeon! He has fixed many of my joints after complications. I only trust him with my care. He always explains all my options very caring . The office staff is friendly ! The Paramus location is the best!

My 17 yr old son tore his shoulder up falling off a skateboard. Dr. Alberta and his entire team are amazing. They listen to you, answer all questions and walk you thru the entire process from start thru finish (end of therapy). If you want the best you dont have to look any further.

I was pleased with the office staff and care extended. I am getting a shoulder replacement. Dr Alberta was recommended by retired orthopedic of 50 years. I also was speaking to my eye Dr also of 50 years, first dad and now Mitchel Saferstein, who Dr Alberta did his knee. I recently had shoulder replacement performed by Dr. Alberta. He previously repaired the rotator cuff in 2008 and now I needed the joint replaced. He is a highly skilled compassionate surgeon. ZERO STARS. Clearly you will do your best to block the posting of my review - I intend to give you the worst review possible. After sitting, unattended, in an exam room for 45 minutes after my appointment time, I left - not having, on this occasion, received your "professional" services. No explaination. No apology. No contact! I do not accept such arrogant treatment. I will actively recommend, at every opportunity, that others not consider using your services.

Dr. Alberta was highly recommended for my shoulder injury. He diagnosed my issue immediately. I was afraid I would need surgery, but his sports therapist gave me some PT exercises and I felt relief in just a few days. Excellent doctor.

Compassionate professional and talented. He saved a friend from having a complete shoulder replacement by doing an alternate surgical proceedure that allowed him to go back to work at a job that requires manual labor. I hope he can do the same for me if the need be. You can trust what he says

There was a 5 week lead time to get an appointment. Not a problem for me as I wasn't in a rush. I was experiencing shoulder pain. Front desk was very nice and efficient. Appointment was on time. Saw his assistant first for some general questions. Then I went in for x-rays. Another assistant evaluated my physical abilities, and limitations. Dr. Alberta came in, and we discussed my x-rays. Seems knowledgeable. Turns out I have osteoarthritis. Not much can be done. He did discuss if the pain got worse or I got older to do a shoulder replacement. Didn't recommend any physical therapy or supplements. Seemed a bit hurried, but I was able to ask all of my questions. I at least know whats going on. His office does have an online patient access page for records except x-rays.

Dr Alberta is caring and professional. He really cares about his patients and takes his time when seeing a patient.

I will always recommend Dr. Alberta. He is my top choice as a surgeon and orthopedic specialist. I lead Anna rove lifestyle but, unfortunately, have been prone to injury. Dr. Alberta is always my first option when a professional opinion is needed. I’ve been his painter since 2006. He has a great bedside manner and is attentive and great at what he does. I definitely value his medical opinion and highly recommend him. The Office Manager and staff are very courteous which adds to the level of comfort when visiting. The facility is always clean so there are definitely no concern there.

Dr. Alberta took the time to explain everything about my broken shoulder, as well as my options. His exam was thorough, his honesty was very much appreciated, as well as answering all the questions I had. He also understood my fear of surgery, and gave me the information I needed, including visuals, to make the best decision to proceed with the surgery.

I have great confidence in Dr. Alberta based on my experiences with him since 2006 when he repaired my rotator cuff. He is an excellent doctor, who explains everything clearly and patiently. He is also just a lovely person! The office is very well run.

After 2 prior, unsuccessful rotator cuff repairs of my shoulder, I was sent to Dr.Alberta. The only option left, for me, was to have a reverse total shoulder replacement. I was referred to Dr.Alberta by a friend who had a total shoulder replacement. I couldn't be happier, as I also needed a total shoulder replacement, Looked like it was going to be a reverse but after opening up Dr. Alberta went with the regular replacement, I was pain free and off meds in 2 days, Back to work in 4 days, and feel great 4 weeks out. I highly recommend Dr. Alberta. His office staff is also great.
