Dr. Francine Fradella

Unprofessional. Never answered my calls but when I call on my father’s phone, they answered immediately. I just recently made an appointment after days of calling. They JUST called me saying they don’t accept my insurance. Maybe check that before making my appointment?? My whole process with this gyno was just a disappointment and in the end, irrelevant. Go to a different area that will treat you better because they treated me ( a college student) horribly and rudely. I would give zero stars if i could.

I cannot understand the bad reviews listed. Both my daughter and I have been coming to this office for many years. The office staff is very friendly and the doctors are top notch!! Very happy here!!

As a senior citizen, I have never experienced such horrific incompetence from a doctor. Francine Fradella's inhumane unprofessionalism has left me in awe. On 8/13/20 I had a procedure done under anesthesia by Francine Fradella DO. In the presence of my daughter, she informed me, that she would call me the following week to discuss my results. It is now December 6th and I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER. I am still waiting for her to discuss those results with me. On 8/24/20 I called to speak with Dr. Fradella and spoke with front desk staff. I was told the results take a long time and that Francine Fradella DO would call me. Mark you, the doctor said she would call me the following week with the results and it was now 8/24. I never heard from her, so on 8/28 I called again and left a voicemail. A doctor is supposed to be professional, ethical, compassionate, and help their patients with the best care possible thus making them feel better. This has not been the case at all in my experience with Dr. Fradella. Again, on 8/31 I called the office and was told once more, Fradella is not available and she will call me back. I told the front desk staff, I am very concerned since 8/13 I had this procedure and I am here nervous and cannot get an answer in regards to my results. The front desk told me that the test results are normal and Dr. Fradella would call me back. I called again before closing hours because I was so nervous, and needed to hear the results from a doctor. I got the voicemail and left a message BEGGING Dr. Fradella to call me. To no avail, I did not hear from Dr. Fradella and I called back on 9/3. The front desk asked, "she has not called you yet?". I asked the front desk staff to fax my biopsy report to my internist, hoping that he could help me by reading my results. I was so desperate for answers from a doctor and needed confirmation that I was not sick, or there were no complications at all. In addition, I had questions I wanted to ask Dr. Francine Fradella that I needed answered. On 9/29 I called the office again, the front desk said "the doctor has not called you back?." Then I called once again in October, and once again Fradella has not returned my call. I have been stressed, exhausted, and in need of speaking with a medical professional. Doctors take a Hippocratic oath, and the way I have been treated by Dr. Francine Fradella is not in alignment. As a patient I have been overlooked, and ignored. After months of trying to connect, I am seeking a new and competent doctor. I hold doctors in high regard and have certain level of expectations from them. This is the first time I have experienced anything like this. FRANCINE FRADELLA, DO is UNFIT TO MEET WITH PATIENTS, NEEDLESS TO SAY, CARE FOR THEM . Dr. Fradella is kind and thorough and the staff at her office seem like nice people, but the practice seems wholly unequipped to handle the most basic of issues without severely dropping the ball and failing to communicate. I was very clear in my encounter with the office what I was there for and what my needs were and I was told that her office would do their best to get me on a medication that I lost coverage for due to the pandemic. I don't know if it is disorganization, failure to communicate, or overwhelm, but it's been a month now with no proactive communication from the office, no requests for additional information, not even, "we tried this and it didn't work, why don't you see what your other options are". Any time I call, I am sent to voicemail. I have been told inconsistent things when I do get through (one receptionist informed me that a fax from the pharmacy had not been received by their office, while another receptionist said that she sees the fax in my chart). I recognize that I came to the office as a new patient, but there has been no attempts to coordinate my medical records and their communication issues are so exhausting that I do not want to bother roping my former gynecologist office into it. I had already spent an afternoon playing phone tag between her office and the pharmacy to see if faxes were being sent and received. In my experience with doctors throughout my life, I have never experienced the communication issues I have experienced here. The last straw for me is that my insurance company told me that they informed the receptionist of the availability of a "peer to peer" appeal and the insurance company has called the office repeatedly to no avail. Even if this appeal fails, then the manufacturer can see that I've exhausted all appeals and can put me on a financial assistance program (but they can't until the doctor finishes this appeal process). I wish that I would at least be given a straight answer, even if it is to say that they can't help me so I don't waste any more time. Dr Fradella and nurse Chris make an incredible team, caring and compassionate from start to end after having my procedure. Waiting fir results and feeling confident. Thank you!!!!! Highly recommended

Her office is possibly the most incompetent medical office I have ever stepped foot in. The doctor is fine, but the office fails to follow up on important matters.

Every 3 months trying to get my birth control renewed is a problem. I left a voicemail on Wednesday asking to be called back and nothing. Left another message today and they’re closed until Monday. At my job we aren’t allowed to leave until our work is done, and we have to call back all voicemails. Horrible place.

I saw Dr. Fradella for SmartLipo. She was very professional at the consultation. Her professionalism and expertise during my procedure was above and beyond! Dr. Fradella was very thorough, gentle and careful. I am approaching almost 1 year from my last SmartLipo procedure with her and I would go back for another procedure on another area without thought! My entire journey with Dr. Fradella was great! In my consult she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Then on the day of the procedure I was nervous but she was attentive and comforting. She was very thorough and she took her time making sure she was happy with the results. I love doctors who strive for perfection. Also, her office is well organized. I was given handouts for both pre and post procedure instructions. The procedure was also less painful than expected. On her post-procedure instructions, she provides her cell number in case of emergency which is also a nice gesture. As for the results I can see a big difference already and I am not even close to my final look. Lastly, prepare to see her a few times post your procedure. She will not just treat you and forget about you. She wants to follow up with you to answer any of your questions and make sure you are recovering nicely. If I could rate no stars I would.

I have been going there for about 18 years. I had an issue and she gave me creme to help. When I called back because the issue was not resolved, she told me she couldn't help me and I should call my primary physician. She has never been helpful with anything I have asked her. Will never go back to that office.

Terrible experience with this office. Test results we’re not communicated dispite my calling the office several times. Prescriptions we’re never called in after calling multiple times in one day.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Everyone hates going to the gyno, but with Dr. Fradella, I actually look forward to my visits. She talks to you like a friend, listens to any concerns, gives plausible options and ultimately lets her patients decide what will work best. I couldn't aske for a better physician. She has a great sense of humor and we even talk about our kids. Her staff is also delightful! D. Fradella gets 5 stars only because there is no option for more.

Very caring doctor -- don't be put off by the cosmetic services she provides. She's an excellent gynecologist and will make you feel comfortable and give your problem the highest priority. The staff is very kind too.

Have been a patient for 4 years but due to recent communications, I am extremely unhappy and the communication from the staff is terrible. I am still waiting on a solution from them, but if I do not hear back soon, I will tell the story on here.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option.Me & my family(me my two sisters & mother)have all been patients for over 15years.Ferdella doesn't deliver anymore &she never made that clear to patients-in fact, I saw here 5 months before my wedding &told her my plans to start trying on my honeymoon &she didn't give me a heads up.When I became preg after my wedding I called her office to make my first appointment & they told me she hadn't delivered babies in yrs.so I had to search for a new doc last min

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Fradella and I am so disappointed in the care I am receiving. They told me to seek help at hospital because I was not in office for over a year if it was an emergency?? Then scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks in advance had tests completed, called 3 times and left messages for someone to call me back with results, I'm still waiting...... also kept on hold when I called for an extensive amount of time while they tried to find my results?? had to hang up...

If i could give .5 star i would. Dr. Fradella's office is one of the most disorganized offices i have ever been to. If i overlook the minimum 2 -3 hour wait i spend in the waiting room every time i have an appt, i cannot forget about all the issues i had with getting prescriptions renewed. My health insurance reached out multiple times to the office and finally told me they cannot proceed. The Dr. is a caring, decent Dr. but stay away from this office.

Love everything about Dr. Fradella and her practice. She is awesome. I never dread the gyno like my friends.

I really liked her as a person and a dr .. I had a couple procedures done by her .. I was really happy .. Unfortunately I am leaving her practice because of her office staff .. Whom couldn't send the proper paperwork to my insurance company .. Nor would they troubleshoot and problems .. I was treated unprofessionaly .. I was told to call my insurance myself because they didn't have time to be on hold ....

Had Smartlipo done by her which came out terribly. I was scheduled to redo it but they canceled it the day before and stopped taking my calls.

Great doctor, but the office wait is atrocious. Plan to wait at minimum an hour.
