Frances M Ward

I have been visiting Eye Doctors since I was 5 years old. I am now 64 Dr Ward communicates better than any other Doctor I have visited. She also gives the most thorough eye ecams I have ever experienced. I know that my eyes are in the best of hands.

I am somewhat disturbed. I have been a patient of Ward and Portillo close to twenty years. I called today (November 1 at)to make an appt and was told that the soonest would be February 23 of 2022. How horrible. I guess they don’t need to keep their old patients.

I highly recommend Frances Ward. She makes going to the eye doctor a great experience. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her patients. My whole family goes to her now.

I have been going to eye doctors since I was 5 years old. I had lasik done in 2006 and now need reading classes. I have never had a more thorough eye exam in my life. Highly recommended and I will be returning.

I have high myopia and other vision issues. Dr. Ward gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had, and adjusted my prescription so I see better at night. She is warm and personable too. The best!

Dr. and staff are all very personable. The doctor is very thorough with the eye exam. When I had questions regarding my diagnosis, she clearly explained (using a model of the eye) the physical changes occurring with my eyes.

Very organized and detailed. Found cataracts and directed me to a surgeon. Did the procedure and ordered minor glasses going forward which came in in less than 2 wks. The staff is excellent.

Been going to Dr Ward for 25 years. On top of her game. Diagnosed two conditions I had and referred em to specialist for treatment. Those doctors were amazed that she found what she did. Best examination ever.
