Dr. Frances Renee Montgomery

She listened to me. I am going through Menopause. She really understood me

Curious if anyone know where Dr. Montgomery has gone? I was told she no longer is @ AR Care on Ritchie rd. She's the only DR I feel has every truly cared!

One of the worst experiences ever with receptionist. I make an appt with Dr.Severaldayslaterreceptionist calls and cancels because Dr not. Available. I reschedule and recep and I discuss insurance. We agree I don' need tricare referral because I have primary Medicare secondary Blue Cross Blue Shield. Tricare is third.Day of appt get voicemail from recep saying must have Tricare referral. (I call recep and explain I can't get referral in the amount of time before appt. SHE WILL CHARGE M

Expect a 2 hour wait when you see this doctor. Every time I have been I have experienced a minimum of 1 hour wait. Her office staff is horrible. They will never call you back and they also do not seem to care. I have requested my medical records multiple times and they never have called me back about them. I just want to go to another doctor. I will never ever recommend this physician. Her office staff is a joke.

Dr. Montgomery is an excellent physician and diagnostician. When I see her I am made to feel like I'm her only patient. Very compassionate and thorough. I followed her to Sherwood from my hometown.

She's a great dr. She listens and cares..I like going to her. I will recommend her to other people.
