She was well informed, listened carefully after asking plenty of qyestions.

Frances saw me for the free Medicare Initial Preventive Physical Exam. At least that's what i asked of her. x3. Yet she focused on a single sub-acute, non threatening issue out of many. She ignored my, "i want the free Medicare exam," repeatedly. Medicare charged me for what should have been a free 1-time only visit for wellness and care planning. When the doctor started focusing on single issues, i followed her lead. I wrongly assumed this was part of an IPPE and said so. QUESTIONS: Was the she unable to pay attention? Was she stressed by CMO-ing a poorly staffed, busy, rural clinic? Or darker, was she oblivious for any reason, and when faced with my Medicare complaint, she bailed on me. PLAN: NO REFERRALS. NO REVISIT N.B. -Would've been a 4* since i saw her do satisfactory ER care on another. Failure to communicate then covering it up would trump that.

Dr. Chavez impressed me in the year that she has been my primary doctor. She listens and keeps good notes, offering suggestions that show she is an experienced problem solver. She also is kind.

Was pleased with thorough first visit. Great to find this Doc in Santa Fe at Aspen Medical Center.

Dr Alain Marks is horrible.. Today I took a family member to see him had an appointment waited over two hours very unacceptably
