My husband and I have been going there since 2013. We both love her! She is kind, compassionate and extremely thorough!

Staff very kind. Medical assistants efficient. Doctor Capraro is very attentive to patient concerns explains thoroughly in understandable terminology and is willing to discuss alternatives to tradition medicine. She always directs to well qualified specialist when needed

Apparently. They NEVER answer the phone. Seriously... NEVER. Sorry. I need a Dr's office that actually functions as such.... So unprofessional.... Sad actually...

This office is so helpful, Michelle Taylor, APRN is wonderful. I highly recommend them.

Just had my annual exam with Dr. Capraro and she is fabulous! She comes into the room prepared with all of your important health information, ideas of what issues need to be pursued, and listens attentively to your responses and concerns while very thoroughly going through a series of queries to make sure no stone is unturned. You couldn't ask any more of a physician.

I visited as a new patient after returning to my home of 20 years from LA where I relocated for a job. I never saw Dr. Capraro. In spite of having all my paper work completed, complete with medical records and history, prior to arriving 30 mins before my appointment, I still waited more than 30 mins to see a nurse in training. After that interview that lasted more than 20 mins, I waited again to see the nurse practitioner for another interview. I left after over 90 mins with referrals but not all of my prescriptions. Days later I called to ask for a paper script because I needed to shop for the best prices. I could only leave a message that was returned after office hours. I missed the call by a few seconds and was forced to leave another message as they won't answer their phone. Today, I made an appointment for a series of blood tests and drove to the appointment but forgot the script that listed the necessary tests. Obviously this was my fault and oversight. But when the phlebotomist called their office to get the codes and used the option for an urgent need to speak to someone, she was asked to leave a message too. I won't be going back. I don't recommend this office for anyone that may need on occasion to call this office and get any type of timely service or answers. They just don't answer their phones and you will always be asked to leave a message without any idea when you may receive a call back at their convenience. our experience with this medical office was the worse ever. Never in my life had to deal with any medical office where you have to follow up on everything. We both saw Dr. Capraro and thought she was nice easy going doctor. The real problem was the receptionist and staff not doing what they supposed to. I agree with the other reviews that every time you would call there it goes straight to voicemail and tell you to leave a message. Now with back and forth leaving a message and they calling back a week or 2 weeks later after you have been calling leaving messages for something as simple as a referral or a refill on medicine. It's a lot of wasted time and effort to have chase down someone to talk to. My husband even went in person just to get someone to finish up a referral that was never completed, cause they never ever answer phone calls and after leaving messages you be lucky to get a call back at all. Don't waste your time on this practice and find someone else that will do the job with satisfaction results. our experience with this medical office was the worse ever. Doctor Capraro is a wonderful Family Physician. She has repeatedly taken the time necessary with me to help me stay well. I very much appreciate that.

Dr. Capraro is very thorough with her questions and examination. She allows enough time for you to discuss your concerns without you feeling rushed. Her nursing support staff are very knowledgeable and always make you feel comfortable. Her front desk person is friendly and responsive to any scheduling questions. I took my 93 year old Aunt to her, and liked her so much, that my husband and I switched from our GP to Dr. Capraro. Then when our granddaughter moved in with us at 17 yrs of age, we added her to this practice. So from 17 yrs old to 93 yrs old Dr. Capraro's office excels in service. I HIGHLY recommend her practice. Dr. Capraro and her staff are professional, caring, responsive and thorough. My husband and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the medical care we have received in the four years we have been patients.

I would say that she was one of the best on the first appointment with any doctor. I'm going back for seconds. The staff was helpful and courteous.
