Dr. Cadogan is the MD that saw my Dad in Manor Pines nursing home. She switched meds on him without telling him or any other family member. Then upon realease from the home she ordered insulin in a new format but forgot to order the needles. My Mom called 2x and left an urgent message as Dad needs his insulin every day!! The nurse that was here today also called and left an urgent message... Again with No response!! It's Saturday now and my Dad will go two days without his medications.
