Dr. Fortunato S Difranco

I’ve been a patient of Dr.DiFranco for way over 20yrs., as my primary care Physician, I am highly satisfied being in the care of Dr.DiFranco. -I’ve been through a lot medically over the years and he has always shown to be professional, dedicated, understanding. -The wait is sometimes a hour or so but hey it’s worth it because I know as a patient he does his best to assess, address my situations at hand. -His office is clean, kept. -His staff is helpful, try to accommodate your needs the best they can. -I don’t have a problem with the fact that he has students there because they need the experience of learning under the wing of a doctor who is committed and respected in his field. I personally trust being under Dr.DiFranco’s care.

This medical office USED TO BE GOOD 10 years ago! Now you never see the original doctor, always new practitioners and nurses that take 1hr just to take down notes, additional time sitting around for a doctor to tell you nothing informative, with lack of guidance to you next steps about your health. Dr Ramos is a EXCELLENT healthcare taker, always takes her time to review all of the tests and results with her patients. She’s sooo caring and loving and I will definitely wait if I have to just to consult with her.. love her professionalism and the passion she has for the patients and staff!

If I could give ZERO stars i would. My appointment was for 10:30am and at 12pm after all that waiting, they still told me i had to wait another 45 minutes to even just go inside to a room. My 7 month old was inconsolable as she should have been, there was NO reason to have me waiting more than 2 hours with my infant in the middle of a pandemic. He is not at the office. I ask to see him. I was told he was out of the country. I has not see this Doctor for 2 years. I previous ask for an appoiment I wait it one month. When I ask to see him I was told he was out of the country. How he gave a nurse runing the office. Is not rhe same. I will like to see the Doctor who is the one who talk to my and go over my sickness. I when to the office 4 month a go it was real back. The nurse didn't did what the Doctor Do. She send me forr a blood test. I when for my blood test. When I call for results was a problem I was given the round an round. When this nurse contact me she only told me that my covi 19 was negative. I ask for the resolt of my Diabetes Highblood pressure and other .This nurse never request for any test. What a waits of tme. The staff is very friendly and efficient . Been a patient here for over 3 years, everyone cares for my health, they stay on top of everything. The waiting time for the doctor is very unreasonable but i know I'm in good hands. I love the fact they can accommodate my hectic schedule and they have next day availability.

Dr. Fortunado takes his time with you, he will put all the pieces together to help. His office staff is also very helpful.

If you are looking for a tape and glue guy... Dr. DiFranco is NOT the Doctor for you. If you are looking for a Doctor who cares, takes the time to get to know you so he can treat you better and who will help you get your health in order then Dr. Difranco is the Doctor you NEED. When I went to him 6 years ago at the referral of a friend, I was skeptic of all Dr's. I was 27 years old and on about 7 different medications plus 5 different vitamins, all prescribed from my previous Dr. As soon as I met Dr. Difranco he was disgusted that a Dr would do that to a 27 yr old and threw them all in the garbage. He did a full work up and found out what was REALLY going on with my body. My previous Dr. had been taking care of each problem as a separate issue while DiFranco found that all those small problems were actually symptoms of a larger issue. He has been my Doctor ever since and I have no intention of changing anytime soon. Dr. DiFranco saved my life. Also, if you are not a person of patience this is not the place for you, not only does he take his time with each patient but he TEACHES Physician Assistants who need to learn!!! His staffs are very unprofessional. They gave wrong medicine to my mums pharmacy couple of time. Some should be accountable for all bad happening , right?

After coming here for decades the office suddenly decided to be rude and disrespectful. Every single time I've came to the doctor the staff always has a problem with my paper work and calling me in the correct order. I always ask how many people are ahead of me when I walk in, and yet they always manage to call 2-3 before me and their excuse is always "oh your file was attached to someone else's" not professional at all. I love Dr.DiFranco. He is very thorough in all of his examinations. He's checked me for everything under the sun possible and works with my needs as his patient. Having physical therapy right next door is very helpful as well. He's been an amazing doctor and I recommend him. The only downside is that it's a long wait, but worth it.

I've gone to this Doctor for years, all of a sudden he doesn't have time to see anyone and has assistants and students taking his appointments, not to mention his staff is rude and unpleasant. It takes them forever to get simple things done and continue to pass the buck around....I've been waiting for a letter for my job for at least 5 months and still haven't received it, and my numerous calls to them to get this resolved have gotten me no where,I get transferred to a voicemail. Horrible people

Horrible doctor even worse staff. He allows a bunch of children with no knowledge of anything run his office. Not to mention the bad practices of the doctor the wait is to long they have far to many students working there. The doctor makes everything so much harder he is a quack. I waited 1.5 hour after the appointed time! in a small waiting room there were about 12 people! previously appointed time was nothing and I had to wait in line! I had only to learn the result of the blood test and get recommendations! New patients came every 5 minutes and with babies too! I had gone to Dr. Difranco many years ago. When my insurance changed I had to switch doctors. Well I'm back on insurance that Doctor DiFranco takes and I am soooo glad to be his patient again. Great doctor, great service. Compassionate and kind. I also see Carmen (another dr there) at times and she is awesome. Caring and nice. I hope my insurance never changes again.
