Dr. Fortunata Narvaez Gozun

My fiancé and I agree with the previous negative review. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple visits and about a year with her, we have never been satisfied with Dr. Gozun’s service. She always seems to rush her visits and does not listen to the concerns of my fiancé and brushes them off. She doesn’t seem to be a caring or compassionate physician. If she doesn’t intend this, this is the way it comes off in her service. She also is not very responsive to calls or messages.

Dr. Gozun does not truely listen to your concerns or have them properly addressed. She instead tries to convince you that nothing is wrong, or that you are "lucky" enough to have gotten approved for something such as an MRI referral. I have gone to her for a few different health concerns and was never given any medication. Yet on days she was not available I saw the nurse practioner there for the same issues and was given medication which helped tremendously. If you want a compassionate doctor who really tries to help address your concerns I would suggest seeing someone other than Gozun.
