He is informative and answer all questions. He explains the patient's condition in detail and available treatments. My uncle was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was given six months survival. Under Dr. Thompson's care and God's mercy He survived 2 1/2 years. Our family is thankful for Dr. Thompson's expertise, kindness and knowledge during his treatment.

Dr. Thompson has been treating me for CLL/SLL since Aug 2019. I've yet to have a visit I was not totally satisfied with. He is always very personal and patient. Listens attentively and answers every question. He fully explains what treatments are available and which one He recommends with a complete explanation why he leans toward that particular one. His staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient which I believes reflects on the Doctor himself. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone with cancer, especially a blood related cancer.

Awful, we had to ask him to explain what was happing with the lung cancer. He is not very compassionate with his patients and I think his course of treatment wasn’t the best interest in my husbands care. I wouldn’t recommend hi to anyone. There aren’t to many oncologist in Shelby.
