Dr. Ellis is PERFECT. However, regarding the 2-star rating, it's because the employees at the reception are AWFUL...... Very awful. Especially a short male individual with very greasy hair combed backwards, and an elderly female individual with yellow hair. They have the most horrible attitude and customer service. The most horrible manner of talking. This is not the first time I interact with them. The reception employees need more training, especially in the listening and focusing part. Dr. Ellis is PERFECT. Dr. Ellis and his staff were literal lifesavers in addressing my Mother’s hopefully temporary Strabismus resulting from a Micro Stroke. My Mother’s quality of life has improved dramatically and she now has hope of returning to a normal life post stroke.

We had a great experience with Dr. Ellis and his staff. Everyone was friendly from scheduling an appointment to our visit. I was impressed that our two year old cooperated through the full exam. They are very experienced with children and put them at ease.
Dr. Ellis is very kind and puts my daughter at ease. He is very thorough. I would recommend him without hesitation. The office staff is friendly and the Falls Church office has a separate waiting area for kids that is very comfortable.
