Dr. Heis was friendly, professional and informative about my injuries. I would recommend seeing him for anything shoulder related.

Dr Heis and his staff treated me very well yesterday, I got my shots with minimal pain, and I was in and out very timely manner.

Always great care with DR Heis! Ortho Cincy has great providers who really care.

My visits with Dr. Heis have been positive each time. He is very busy, but let's you know you are deserving of his time and attention for your visit. I never leave feeling as though I was rushed. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

As always, the good doctor was prompt, thorough and provided in-depth explanations of all treatments and options. It is a joy to work with this professional.

Everyone in this office is so friendly and attentive to your personal needs and requests.

Dr. Heis and the whole team at St. Elizabeth’s in Fort Thomas are fantastic. If you are going to require surgery I can’t imagine the experience could be any better.

Lots of paperwork to fill out even thought I was repeat patient for the same knee. However, they saw me quickly and everyone was friendly and helpful. I feel good about the corse of treatment Dr. Heis prescribed.

Orthocincy has helped me so much. Very personal and friendly atmosphere which means alot when you are in pain. Dr. FOREST HEIS is an excellent true physician. Listens and explains everything. Always felt better after an appointment.

I call Dr. Heis my fixer because he is so good that I only need to see him every six months. He ensures that I am properly informed about my health and he cares. I would have no qualms in recommending him to a friend.

Best Dr. For shoulder surgery in the area. Will be my second procedure with Dr. Hies. First shoulder repair is still better than new. This is for the other shoulder.

The service was great and the staff treated me with respect. The doctor told me straight up what my option were.

Dr. Heis is on time and very informative about my plan of care. I am on target with my right shoulder massive tear of the rotator cuff and also my bicep released and reattached. He ordered more therapy that will involve small weights and bands.

After being almost 6 weeks post op from knee surgery, I made another follow up appointment because I didn't feel I was seeing the results I thought I should see. I'm glad to say instead of dismissing my concerns, I felt heard and was given some steroids to help the healing process. I'm starting to see a difference now. Thank you for listening. Excellent. Dr. Heis’ bedside manner was perfection. He met with us and eased any hint of anxiousness of the upcoming procedure. He addressed my son’s injury status, plan of correction, potential outcomes depending on what he unveils in the procedure, and relative post surgery options. Dr. Heis set the tone of the appointment with ease, confidence, and comfort. Recommend him with high accolades.

Everyone at Ortho is very helpful & takes time to listen. They do not rush you through your appt. Dr. Heis explains things thoroughly. Answers your questions & makes you feel comfortable through your injury. I would highly recommend Dr. Heis.

Professional and caring medical professional. We left another ortho to see him and we will continue to do so. Would highly recommend.

Knee surgery on both knees have made me be able to continue working. Without the expertise of Dr Heis I would not be working. It is easy to get an appointment and he is very reliable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Dr. Heis is an excellent communicator. He is very knowledgeable.

We love Dr Heis. He is a great surgeon. All of our surgeries have gone as expected. The staff is wonderful.

I have had good experiences with Dr. Heis. Both him and his staff are nice and professional. He was recommended to me by a close friend and I would also recommend him to others.

Dr Heis has performed three surgeries on my knees! He is an excellent surgeon. He is extremely detailed and always explains everything he is going to do. I would definitely refer him to anyone with knee problems!

I’ve seen Dr Heis for several problems over the years: knees, elbow, shoulder. I recommend him highly - as he was recommended to me! He really listens so he understands what you want . He is the absolute best at injections I have ever experienced. He has injected my knees, my elbow, and my Shoulder ( multiple times!) I kid you not- he does it so well there is no pain!

I really liked Dr. Heis. He did my minor meniscus tear and ligament release surgery. Within a week I was off all pain medication, and walking stairs like I hadn’t had any surgery.

He was knowledgeable, able to put me at ease and provide me with hope for my upcoming procedure.

Took his time to check everything out on the x-ray and explained everything so I would understand what is going on with my knee.

The surgery fixed my issues. The bicept was very good. Dr heis was a friendly professional and answered all my questions.
