Worst doctors office in moberly mo. The staff are rude and they refuse service to whom ever they don't want to see! There nothing but pill pushers they dnt care what's wrong they rather just give you pills and send you on your way

Rude staff, was told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork yet wasn't allowed access to paperwork until time of appointment. Paper on office window states they're closed from 1145-1245 for lunch yet they refused to answer the phone and acknowledge my arrival until 1. The recording and web search results say nothing about closing for lunch at all. They're requiring masks of patients yet staff is not wearing masks. There's no address on outside of building nor any indication you're at the right place, according to the one picture on file for maps, the office is the metal building next door, which is not true. They're in the building labeled doctor park. Overall terrible experience, glad I'm only here for a drug screen for employment. I was a human test subject. I hated the staff, they changed frequently. One of them even told me doctor prescribed meds will not help me with my issues. I went for my chronic back pain. Had breathing problems and lost feeling in my body for 4-5 months. I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Was sent to an RA doc in Columbia and she was just as rude. I try to give doctors a chance since I went to him in the past. I'm currently looking for a different PCP. I kept beating my head against the wall because they brushed me off. Conley treated me like a drug seeker from the first time I went in. Even though I was there for a CUT ON MY FOOT. The following visits always felt like he didn't want to hear my voice or even looked at my chart. He went as far as to yell at his nurse practitioner in the hall while I was there and demanded her not to give me anything. I didn't want anything from him anyway. I had carpal tunnel for 3 years while seeing his office and he refused to as much as release my records to the orthopedic surgeon I had contacted about it. I finally got the surgery but not before my nerves suffered what might be permanent damage from being severely undertreated and misdiagnosed for so long. I still get his "get out" glare every time I go in for a simple flu shot. I've never been addicted to anything but cookies my entire life and the FIRST time I'd even taken a prescription pain killer was in his office, and even after I reported a severe reaction to it he demanded I keep taking it until the month was up. Dr. Conley is my #1 go to. He has fixed many of my issues and I credit him for bringing our son into this world! I recomend him to anyone having hormonal imbalances or if you'd like a very relaxed, intelligent and friendly Dr. I cannot sing his praise high enough!! 5/5, will see him until he quits practice.. then I'll cry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Conley for over 30 years. He has taken very good care of me and all members of my family!

I just moved to the area and called to request an appointment to transfer my treatment to this office. The lady I spoke with told me they would be unable to help me with this and practically hung up on me. Not a great welcome to the neighborhood. On a good note I now know I do not want to be seen in this office!
