I have been going to go since 2009 I've always been very curious to me explain what was going on in a way that anybody can understand I would recommend Dr Jagger and the rest of the staff at TLC

I appreciated the time he took to explain in details the sincerity of my Arthritis status, and showing of my x-rays.

Dr. Jaggears was ver professional and explained my problem in detail. His nurse was also very professional.

Friendly helpful staff overall.. Brian Parker is awesome very friendly, gentle and talks to me gets rid of any anxiety I may have when getting the cortisone shot.

I was treated very good ,the Doctor took the time to explain what was wrong and what would be needed to fix it I felt comfortable and safe.

Dr Jaggers explained what was causing the pain, what future possibilities lie ahead and what I could do now. We worked out a plan and I left feeling much better. I’m extremely satisfied and recommend Dr Jaggers and his team.

Fantastic experience. Called and got in 1 day. Dr. Jaggears and staff were fantastic. The service was very impressive. X-ray, visit with Doctor, visit from Brian and then escorted to the therapy room. Very impressed and the doctors diagnosis and plan was very much welcome. Very Happy!

Dr. Jaggears has been my orthopedist since 2016. I have found that he is straightforward about treatment options and possible outcomes. His consultation and treatment always include non-surgical options and pro and cons of all treatments. I have found him to be a reliable and trustworthy advisor and great surgeon when that has been the best option for me.

My visit was magnificent. Dr Jaggears get the point and tells you what is best/not the best for your health. My visit was good atmosphere. I left with a smile. I will recommend patients to him

I am currently dealing with a very painful shoulder injury. I waited a week to get in to see Dr. Floyd Jaggears and his PA Brian Parker because of my prior relationship with them. He is a very attentive doctor. Listens to the patient and spends whatever time is needed to answer all questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Jaggears. I admire his knowledge, professionalism, and patience in explaining the results of the X-Rays. He also provided options for treatment, and clearly answered all my questions.

I was very happy to have my appointment in this place. It’s a terrific place. Very happy with the personnel who assisted me that day especially with Dr. Jaggers. He is very professional and excels at explaining very clearly all the instructions you need.

Never had a cortisone shot NOT hurt... until Dr. Jaggears did it! Very nice too. I'm new here and am a retired nurse. I'll be using this doctor!

Dr Jaggears was detailed and took a methodical measured approach to my medical situation. I was very satisfied with the treatment plan he presented to me. I highly recommend Dr Jaggears.

Knee pain- saw Brian, P.A. Extremely knowledgable, personable and helpful. This team helped my husband through his knee replacement and did such a wonderful job, I went to see them about my knee pain too. Thankfully, I don’t require surgery, but feel I was very well taken care of. Thank you!

Dr Jaegger is a terrific doctor. He explained to me what is causing the pain on my knee and recommended that I take a cortisone shot to reduce the pain. He is pleasant and really cares about his patient.

Great place. I really felt heard. The entire staff was knowledgeable and cared about my knee issues. I would not hesitate to return to TOC and especially Dr Jaggears.

Dr. Jaggers is extremely professional. He answered all of my questions. I didn’t like the answers but sometimes reality sucks. I have definite goals to meet criteria. Thanks Doc.

I would not recommend this practitioner to anyone who is seeking personalized medical advice. Rather than listening to this patient’s individual set of symptoms, he interrupted with what seemed to be a memorized script recitation of protocol, paying no heed to the details that were presented to him even when prompted a second time. His manner is best suited for sending patients in search of a second opinion.

Check in was efficient and quick. On-site X-ray was very fast too! Time with the physician felt a little rushed and left feeling like nothing had been accomplished. Hopeful upcoming visits will focus on decreasing pain and addressing the major decrease in quality of life my joint pain is causing.

Dr. Jaggears and his Pa-C Brian Parker were exceptional! I have now had 2 total knee surgeries. Thank goodness I’m actually able to walk! From the first meeting with with Brian Parker he was so wonderful in listening to my issues and then introduced me to Dr Jaggears. Both were extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. Absolutely no pressure at any given time for me to have surgery, it was always left to me to make the decision based on their findings in MRI’s and xrays! Knowing how nervous I was about having total knee replacement, they offered alternatives, and we did all of them prior to my final decision. This included, cortisone shots which I would only allow Brian to do , he just put me at ease seeing me almost panic over a needle. He gave the shot and I could not believe how gentle and how empathetic he was. I also went through Synvisc injections which in which I only let him do those as well. Both Dr Jaggers and Brian Parker were informative and were extremely knowledgeable in the knee and what to expect. Their staff were professional friendly and remembered their patients. If you have knee issues, I highly recommend you choose these two, there is just not enough “Good things” to say about these Dr.s. They are just that good! I have recommended them to numerous persons , and they were very pleased as well. You are in great hands with both Dr Jaggears and Brian Parker his PA-C. Dr Jaggears and his team are excellent. I have had meniscus repairs on both knees and a total knee replacement on my left knee. The care I received was excellent. Was able to walk immediately. I healed quickly, and even though recovery was a bit painful, they were helpful with helping me manage it. I would totally recommend Dr. Jaggears for your knee surgeries. Dr. Jaggears was excellent. I highly recommend him.

Process was very quick and efficient. From check in to x-rays, then Dr. consult, the entire visit was less than an hour. I arrived 30 minutes early as instructed and was finished within 30 minutes of appointment time. Diagnosis seems accurate and treatment results will be known soon.

He was very kind and explained my condition well. I was told things that were incorrect by a PA at the walk in who said calcium will be absorbed by my body and tendons heal. I was sent to PT who worsened my condition. I had to demand an MRI which showed I had a “badly” frayed tendon. A month of suffering until I saw Dr. Jaggears.

Was treated well by all personnel, from the greeters in the foyer to the Dr. The 2 phone attempts to make the appointment were not pleasant. Possibly overworked, stressed people.

I went for my consult and Dr. Jaggears was very thorough about my situations and options. Loved how he explained his process in a manner that was not intimidating at all. Not a fan of shots but he put me at ease and made the cortisone shot “almost” painless. Actually looking forward to my next visit.

Our experience has been with rotator cuff & knee replacement. Dr. Jaggears took into consideration our active lifestyles when determining the plan of action best suited to our injuries. He is quite friendly and compassionate, always willing to step in and say hi on our follow up visits with his exceptional PA, Brian. We would not hesitate use Dr. Jaggears again or recommend him to friends, neighbors and family. Outstanding job!!!

I would forget he was my doctor because I only dealt with his PA. I had weeks of physical therapy & "check-ups" prior to my two operations, but met him AFTER scheduling a surgery date for about 5 minutes. After that, I only saw him both surgery days when he marked up my leg, and the 1st post-op appointments. Always rushed and left the PA to address my concerns. Even when I had an infection & unusual pain after surgery... never saw him. Still have complications so I'm seeking another doctor.

He is a very friendly doctor, explains the details of procedures promptly and patiently addresses all your concerns.

Dr. JAGGERS is very professional and caring physician. Recently January 11, he performed a complete knee replacement. I received excellent treatment. I have had many surgeries in the past. Other Doctors did not measure up to the treatment like I received from him & his staff. They are all very caring & understanding. I choose the correct Doctor!!! I don’t know how people rate any of this I say FIVE STARS!!!!

Had a knee replacement performed by Dr. Jaggears. There was good communication prior to the surgery that had me well prepared and managed expectations. The surgery went well. At five weeks out and walking. Rehab is going well. His office responds to all calls in a timely manner. Would recommend him for knee surgeries.

Dr. Jaggears was very thorough with his exam of my son's knee. We had the exam and MRI done on the same day which saved me a lot of time and money. He called me directly with the MRI results which many doctors don't do. He was personable and empathetic with very good bedside manner. I appreciated his willingness to explain the injury, surgery and rehabilitation process along with reasonable expectations. We appreciated all of the help that we received from his PA Jim Watson as well.

I had to switch doctors because my experience with this MD was horrible. He made fun of me for needing some numbing medication in order to get painful Cortisone shots in my knees. He was cold and lack bedside manner and personality.
