Dr. Florencia Perez

Terrible place to receive care. The staff doesn’t care and the doctor is always changing. Miscommunication at every level and can’t even give us a referral properly. We have to find a physician then ask them to refer to them. If I could give zero I would.

As of today (3 weeks now), I have not received any assistance from Ms Christian (the provider PA). Initially I went in for pain on my knee and Christian provided service. She informed me that she was going to send a referral request to get a X-rays and an MRI. When the time came for the referral (13 days later), I called the facility and was informed that they didn’t conduct MRIs; just pain assessments. I don’t need to assess my pain! I can tell you myself. I’ve been calling for several days now; once in the morning and afternoon to get Ms Christian (the provider PA) to call me back and help me with getting an MRI referral. No call back at all. The customer service staff especially Kevin have been trying to help me, but Ms Christian nor her nurses have not called to resolve my need for medical attention. I am now forced to go to the ER and get the help I need because of the lack of assistance from Ms Christian (the provider PA). As for the customer service staff and Dr. Gonzalez, they are amazing. I will be getting with the state and review board due to this lack of treatment from Ms Christian (the provider PA).

The previous review is false in it’s assumptions of poor performance and rude antics from Mrs. C and her staff, I too had an appointment this same day and there was a medical emergency occurring with a patient. As we all know HIPPA prevents anyone from details. The staff were apologetic to EVERYONE in how behind they were and offered to reschedule anyone not wanting to wait. Is there times this office may have longer wait times than usual… yes. The quality of care that is given to EVERY patient by staff but personally by Mrs. C is the main reason I followed her to this practice. No staff nor her were yelling, being rude or disrespectful. It’s a small practice, and a person with a diva narrative that was the one being rude and less than professional should not be exaggerating facts because they’re disgruntled that heaven forbid a medical emergency takes pretense over a long wait time. I’m sure we would all love to take comfort in the fact if it was anyone of else experiencing an emergency we too would be treated accordingly. Claiming to be a “professional educator” without grammatical correction of a review based off emotion in an attempt to disparage Mrs. C and the staff of this practice can be viewed as “opinions are like a**holes”, everyone has one, conduct unbecoming, and an superiority complex of entitlement. I would highly recommend Mrs. C and the practice to anyone wanting quality care, attention to detail; as Mrs. C has saved my life twice. Those times have caused others to have longer wait times. Sometimes understanding patience to ensure everyone is properly informed and taken care of means giving grace.

I had spoken very highly about this office and when I decided to bring my stepchildren to be seen in this office. We confirmed our appointment and upon our arrival we were canceled because the doctor had an emergency. (Which I understand things happen) we rescheduled for two days later. After doing the check in process on their portal we arrived early and were the only ones in the lobby for roughly 40 min. We were called to the back and kids got viral done and put in rooms. We waited in room for 1 hour and 20 min. No one came to let us know the wait would be. After approaching the nurses station to ask how much long it would be, the nurse staff responded back rudely saying there was only one “provider” I informed them that we had already been rescheduled and we could of been informed ahead of time that the wait was going to be long. Then the “provider” Ms. Christian interrupted very rudely saying there was rooms full of patients and one more patient before us. I was in shock with her attitude given that I spoke so highly about her. To be talked down by the staff and the “provider” was such bad customer service. After returning to the room with my daughter I could hear the whole staff and Ms Christian (the provider PA) talking about us. Then two staff members came into the room to inform us that the (provider) wound not be seeing us because we complained about the wait. In all my years in service in hospitality, medical, and as an educator have I been treated this way. If your office is understaffed and short handed you inform your patients a head of time so they do not get frustrated. You inform them right off the bat you apologize for canceling the previous appointment that me the patient had no control over. And you certainly do not refuse to see two children who have an appointment to be seen. The children were not at fault for the parents who confronted the issue of the time wait. And yet your office staff and provider acted in such an unprofessional way. I am so disgusted with the way we were treated after talking so highly of this office. Two days after this review this office reported myself and my husband to CPS. After they refused to see my kids.

Extremely friendly staff. The doctor who saw me was very lovely and listened to all my concerns! I was in and out in about an hour. Would come again!!!!

Was super nervous about going to a completely new doctors office but my experience was the absolute best! I called to try to make a last minute appointment and they took me in even an hour before closing the staff is super sweet I felt so comfortable with this environment. Doctor Perez is the absolute best!

I really love all the Dr. At Dr Perez office when I call that I’m sick they are there to see me that same day if it’s not in person is by phone or telecom the receptionist Mrs Gilda is the one that helps me for everything I’ve been with Dr Perez since I was 16 yr old now I’m 38 . Worst doctor I’ve ever witnessed, don’t go here. And please for the love of god don’t APPLY here. It’s a waste of time. Love Dr. Perez. She’s very thorough, caring and listens to her patients.

Dr. Perez is an extremely knowledgeable doctor, she attends to all your medical needs. She makes sure to confirm the well being of the patient by providing the necessary labs or procedures. She will go above and beyond to find the solution to any medical concern. She has been absolutely very dedicated and one can see she loves what she does by giving her 100% attention to each individual patient. Dr. is always very kind when she greets my family and makes sure to listen to our concerns. I’m so blessed to have her as our primary physician. I have referred my friends to see her and they absolutely love her. They don’t mind traveling to see her because they have all the confidence in her professional ability. Her staff is very considerate towards the patients as well. They attend to the patients by answering their questions and giving them the necessary forms. They are kind and friendly. The worst service, yes the doctor is good but her staff is incompetent. You call to make appointments and supposed to put you in a brief hold for 20 min, they never call back on any messages. And I was given wrong results. Very disappointed with the service

Sad i have to leave at 19 weeks because my already high risk pregnancy is being added with stress since the beginning with this staff. Very unprofessional. Doctors are great. Its sad that the ppl that are supposed to be representing them are so rude, clueless to there job, and unprofessional. I literally have to be looking for a pcp while in pain and sick... I called to be seen and they refused to see me because I sounded too sick and would make other patients uncomfortable ... Then offered Tele health and didn't even have more spots available... Its unfortunate to have to be jumping pcp due to lack of service. EXCELLENT Doctor, I have been her patient for 18 years and I can say that since the day I decided to become her patient was the best decision ever. She was my Gynecologist, then my kids pediatrician and now my whole family's head doctor. I will never regret it. Her dedication to patients and their needs is an A+.

Dr. Perez is a fantastic doctor. She is kind and very caring; however, her staff sucks. The wait time is ridiculous. The staff is rude and lazy. The last time I called to schedule an appointment they told me I didn’t need one and to come in before 3 pm I believe. I showed up 30 mins before and they told me they stopped seeing patients already. Of course I was upset because at no point did the reception desk let me know that was a possibility. Had I known, I would’ve called before going. The guy, whom is the managers son, didn’t care, was so nonchalant about the situation and just had a stupid blank stare on his face. Yes, yes, yes. Doctor in the other location. They wouldn't do labs as requested by doctor. I called four times for results until I finally asked if they did the test. Customer service is awful, they never know anything when you have questions. They cancel and reschedule appointment without notifying the patient. Never going back to that place.

Terrible place DO NOT GO! You cant get refills on medication because you cant talk to the doctor. The rude staff wont pass you to the doctor to get the situation handled. After the doctor promises you to come in for a prescription if you need one. Then they end up not giving you one. Doctor perez was seen as an obgyn in april of 2020 for a pap smear. So a pap smear is yearly everyone knows that. We just needed hormone refill and they did not because they wanted to see the patient again....and for what its just a refill we will see them again in April 2021! Doctor perez should not make promises she does not keep. Maybe the staff did not relay the message correctly but we will never know because the staff wont let you speak to the doctor. Have been going since I was a kid myself(I’m 28 now), had my 2 kids with her and have stayed all this time because Dr. Perez is a really good doctor not an issue with her but her staff has made it so difficult throughout the years, there’s always an issue with them and their “Manager” Marina is worthless, she’s rude and unprofessional just like her staff. Terrible service. You can make an appointment at anytime and they won't attend you until 2 hours later. There's no point in appointments if you can't be seen at the time. Left them my FMLA documents and they didn't work on them till after 2 weeks. Will be switching family Dr.

Dr and staff are fine, but why was I scheduled at 8am when they are starting a meeting at 8 so I spent 90 minutes sitting and gave up my seat in the small waiting area since it was getting crowded. Scheduling me at 8 and telling me to come in at 9:30 would be better then paying to wait!

The best doctor ever. I've had migraines non stop for 6 months, so bad I could barely get out of bed. Now since I've seen her my migraines are more managed, I finally feel like my self again. She listens to your problems and I never felt rushed. The staff was wonderful, and kind. I wish I would have known about her sooner. No more neurologist for me, I just want to see Dr. Perez. Words can't explain how grateful I am to see her. I highly recommend seeing her. The best!!

Doctor is great but staff is bad they also take 2 hrs just to take vitals nd an extra hr waiting for dr to see you.

Dr.Perez and her staff are excellent. My son has been seeing her since birth and have never had a problem it's been 16 years.

I went in as a walk in and service was quick I was in and out within an hour. Everyone was very friendly.

Dr. Perez has the best bedside manner. Truly a wonderful person. Great with my kids. Highly recommend her!!

Been with her for years and would never look for another doctor. She is the best for my family.

Everyone is very professional. Dr. Perez is compassionate and will spend time with you, the patient when needed. She explains everything so you can understand it. I recommend her to everyone. The Nurse Practitioner is wonderful as well.

Doctors are great. Staff is incompetent. Repeatedly i have had appointments and was told i did not, even with proof. Repeatedly scheduled in wrong office. And have had multiple insurance issues. By far the worst front office staff. Manager never even spoke to me despite multiple phone calls.

The BEST doctor! She is so kind and very informative with what you need. She did everything to keep me healthy during my pregnancy and I delivered a healthy baby girl. She is now my baby's pediatrician as well. She is very friendly and respectful towards her patients and staff. Office staff is very kind and the environment is very peaceful. I would highly recommend her for anyone.
