I don’t know how she is a doctor at all!!

I went to Dr. Solanges for a few months. She ask questions that had nothing to do with my diagnosis. She doesn't seem to understand that not all college students live with their parents or on campus and have bills to pay. Her staff laughed at me when I asked for a refill prescription when I had already waited over a week for the prescription. I had asked if I should pick up the prescription at the office to which they laughed and said no. Also wanted to see me every month which is definitely not needed. She just wants your money. I did not return. I found an endocrinologist that actually listens and isn't pushy. I went to Dr. Solanges for a few months. She ask questions that had nothing to do with my diagnosis. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! They called me the day before to confirm my appt at that time i asked did i have anything to pay at my visit, she told me NO, i arrive the next day for my appt and i sign in after about 15 mins she tells me i need to pay. I asked her was she the one who called me and she said yes i say you told me i did not have anything to pay and she said i know but now its showing you have to pay. I said please ask the doc if i could be seen and she bill me as i don't have that on me. Another 15 mins goes by i go to the window after they have taken a few people and i ask to see the doctor i wait for the doctor for another 30 mins she never comes out to speak to me and when i go to the window again she has a young man tell me if i don't have the money i cant be seen and that she can not see me and is not coming to the window. By that time i have waited a hour, for the doctor never to come out and Acknowledge me was very unprofessional, I was misinformed by your staff and this was a huge Inconvenience to me, driving all the way there and being late for work to not be seen. I would have rescheduled my appt had i been giving correct information and the lady who barley can speak english tells me it is my job to know what i need to pay basically trying to clean up her mistake Because she didn't tell me when i asked. Very passive, not compassionate with lack of passion. Worse is that I was a first time patient. She didn’t order the necessary labs needed for my diagnosis. Just the basic. Not thorough at all. Forget if you want a full assessment. You will get half a*% treatment. I am a health professional myself, you would think it would be better. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

I was a bit hesitant to schedule an appointment, based on the reviews, but I'm glad I didn't let that sway me. The office staff has been very professional, kind, and helpful. I didn't wait long before being seen. The doctor took her time and listened to all my symptoms and concerns. She answered my questions and worked with me to develop a course of action. She has been one of the first doctors in years to explore the possibility of other issues and ordered tests accordingly. Doctor Solanges is very patient, she gives the attention you deserve. She is very good listener. She gives direct eye contact. My experience was grade A Thanks doctor Solages. Not to mention the front staff Gilliane and Angelicka they was very professional , friendly and patient. Please go see Dr Solanges you will never regret it.

She is the worst doctor I have ever experienced. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance, and she called and cancelled or rescheduled me 4 times. The last time she cancelled me was because "she didn't feel like coming in". Doesn't value her patients time or health. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Wouldn't recommend her unless you are willing to be rescheduled.

MY FAMILY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Awful! Doubled booked our appointment without calling. They made my girlfriend with cystic fibrosis wait in an hot room for an hour and a half. Very rude and unprofessional. Should be shut down.

I will never see this doctor again! After requesting me to do some tests, when I called, did not bother to even give me a the diagnosis. Simply sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I did not feel comfortable, so I went to see another Dr. and ask for a second opinion. Was shocked to hear that if I had taken the medication prescribed, I could jeopardize my health pretty badly; that this doctor should first had done a white blood cell count before even considering putting me on such medication!

DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend needed a thyroid biopsy so I went with her. They double booked her appointment without calling. After paying they pressured her into letting the other woman go ahead of her. We waited 1 1/2 hours in a room with no air conditioning or water, only to be told that I couldn't be in the same room to relieve some of her anxiety. Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They care more about money than your time or comfort. Stay far away.

Trying to get scripts refilled is almost impossible. If you don't follow up multiple times, it won't get filled.
