If I could give this facility a Negative #, I would! Went to them last Fall 2020. They drew blood (several tubes) to test what I'm allergic to. Told them Repeatedly that I live on a livestock rescue farm and listed all the animals I have. Weeks later, I called to see what the status was. Met with Dr and she noticed that testing was Not done for feathers and horses (I have chickens, ducks, turkeys and horses). So, more blood had to be drawn. Then, I never heard back from them. So, 4 weeks ago, I called to see what the status was. Was told the Dr would get back to me. That was FOUR WEEKS AGO! Made appointment with someone else, as this place Sucks! They shut their phones off 4:45 so they can finish up their office duties. They’re ridiculous.

Dr. Hsu is good at what she does. She has helped me out tremendously with my chronic hives. The whole team is really caring and courteous, including the girls that give me my allergy shot in infusion. Absolutely love this place.
Love Dr. HSU...she listens, cares...totally approachable...Easy to talk to...relaxed...great manner.
